  Once again, we had a lovely time. Everything looked the same except for the new spring sheets, towels and bedding. It looks great and adds a little pizzaz. Thank you for your hospitality. I think having the computer desk, chair and the internet access upstairs is nicer and there is more light and room to move around. My computer worked great as usual! Thanks for sending back the security deposit so fast, see you next year!

  This villa has the most fabulous furniture in the world. The couch was cozy and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The towels were fluffy and soft and it was the cleanest unit in town. We had a great time and will go back again next year. Clean and Comfortable.

  The condo complex and the flat itself are first rate. We had two problems with the renter (the absentee owner's daughter). We rented the place with the explicit understanding that we would have access to the gym at the nearby Deauville, where the owner has another rental. My wife and I are retirees who have to make an effort to work out. The manager promised to place the access keys in our rental immediately. When we moved in we found the keys didn't work. With no apology or relief, we both had to take out monthly gym memberships at some expense. We would have lived with that, had the manager later shown the reasonableness and flexibility she expected of us. After the two-week notice period had elapsed, when we enquired about our security deposit she informed us that we would be losing it because of "a blue stain" on the white sofa. I had two concerns. Why weren't we informed of this immediately upon its discovery, instead of over two weeks later, only when I raised the issue, and after other tenants had been in? And neither of us wore any blue bottoms during our stay. With this late and inflexible penalty and the renter's broken promise of the gym we were left with bad feelings about our entire stay there. Too bad, because the flat is great, except for a terrible internet connection.
