Tre Acri is a prestigious villa just a few kilometres from Lake Bracciano. As soon as you enter the grounds, you are immersed in an atmosphere inviting total relaxation and tranquillity. The villa, built in the 70’s, consists of a main building and a guest house for a total of 500 sqm and is fully equipped with modern commodities.

The comfortably furnished main building consists of a ground floor and a lower level and the exterior walls are painted in the typical colour of the area. A great care has been paid to materials; terracotta floors, wooden beams, stone for kitchen and living room, all the house has been appointed for giving a warm feeling. Guests can choose to relax in the villa, taking advantage of the pool and tennis court or to visit the beautiful countryside of Lazio, Lake Bracciano (where water sports lovers can find all facilities), Viterbo or Rome which is only 30 minutes away by car.

The house is in the centre of the archeological park of Veio, with ruins dating to Etruscan times, with the possibility of horseback riding and excursions on foot. The proximity of Latium famous sandy beaches allow to spend unforgettable moments by the seaside too.


PARK: the villa is surrounded by a splendid park of about 2½ acres with a garden, olive trees, fruit trees, pines and cypresse trees. There is a wood oven/barbecue in the garden and behind the house is a synthetic tennis court.


SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th., the 10 x 5 m pool (depth from 1,40 to 2,20 m) is in front of the villa and has a solar energy shower, sun beds and umbrella.


INTERIORS: the main entrance leads to the large luminous kitchen and living room. The kitchen, with windows overlooking the garden, is built in open face stone and has a convenient fireplace. Kitchen and dining room are connected, as well as dining room and living room. This large room, with its beautiful stone fireplace, is ideal for relaxing moments.

On this floor there are the master bedroom furnished with a fine canopy bed and en-suite bathroom with tub, another double bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower. A wooden staircase leads down to the lower floor with a living room with two sofa beds, a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Guest House: close to the main house there is a guest house, whose entrance door dates back to the XIX century. It’s built on two levels like the main villa, the ground floor has a livingroom/kitchen with fireplace and a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside.

There is also a toilet. A narrow wooden staircase leads down to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a small fully equipped gymnasium with Jacuzzi tub for 4 people and shower. This room is also accessible from the outside.


SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, pool and park maintenance, air conditioning in the master bedroom.


SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00 per person)
