This 4-bedroom, 3-bath single-family house is the perfect vacation destination, tucked away in Key Colony, Florida, among the Florida Keys. With nearly 3,200 s.f., the home offers every comfort imaginable with central air, plenty of large windows to take in the views as well as tile and carpeted flooring.
You'll enjoy the privacy of the master suite with king size bed, set off by itself on one side of the home with a walk-in closet, private bathroom and a private balcony that overlooks the pool, tastefully landscaped back yard and canal frontage.
Bedroom two, as well as second bathroom, are on the opposite side of the master suite on this upper level. This bedroom also has entry to another patio/balcony as well as two double beds. The lower level bedroom three has one queen bed while bedroom four has two twin beds.
A laundry closet, with a full size washer and dryer, is located on this floor as well as a private patio and balcony on the front of the home just outside the dining room.
Enjoy preparing your meals during the days/evenings in the spacious kitchen and large dining room or throw something on the grill on the back patio. Savor your dinner as you sit on the balcony/patio off the back side of the home and watch the boats come in and out via the canal which leads to the Gulf or Atlantic.
A large family room/recreation area is located on the lower level with TV and stereo equipment to provide many hours of entertainment as well as an extra place for sleeping (sleeper sofa). A sizeable wet bar area is in this same large recreation area and two other bedrooms and a bathroom are on the same level.
Bring your boat (40' or less) or rent one as this luxury property's vast canal frontage offers quick access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect destination for fishing, diving and boating enthusiasts. Just down the road a bit further, still in walking distance is a marina, restaurants, tennis courts and golf!
