Enjoy gorgeous sunset views from the dock of this spacious lakehouse retreat. The home sits on a double lot with 160 feet of water frontage. Great fishing from the dock or take the boat out onto the over 1000 acre lake and enjoy the wildlife. The nearby marina offers boat launching, gas and jet ski rentals. There is also a quaint ice cream shoppe at the marina.
Enjoy nearby day excursions to the outlets and the many White Mountain or Laconia attractions. Or you can simply grab a book and snuggle up on the window seats by the wood burning stove and enjoy the lake views from the house. Boats buzz by and the loons are always a welcome site. We also have a canoe, a paddleboat, a kayak, life jackets and fishing gear available for your enjoyment.

We just returned a week ago from our week at this rental and had an excellent time. Plenty of room for entertaining. Perfect for our kids - teens! It was so relaxing and quite comfortable. Lots of room to spread out; great location; tons to do. We brought our boat and launched it up the road with no problems what-so-ever. Owners were nice and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental for a great lake get-away. We will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The setup is where the magic begins. There are rooms and decks arranged so that you can be together and not on top of eachother. With children and company, it makes a perfect blend of togetherness and space for everyone. Even the sleeping arrangements are setup beautifully and are all quite comfy. There are games, books and the ongoing puzzle that make it feel very comfortable. The owners are very nice and hospitable. You can feel their love of their home and really wanted us to feel the same way. The lake is the focal point. You pull off the road and know that you are off the beaten path and pow the lake with its flurry of activity is right in front of you. The sunsets are amazing. Although activities and attractions are all around you, we resisted leaving the dock area. We fished, canoed, swam, jumped off the rope swing and more. We will totally do this again year after years.

I've stayed in several states and in Jamaica for vacations and NONE of them were as much fun and as relaxing as my trip to the vacation house in Milton 3 Ponds. What a GREAT stay we had. The water was great, the activities were numerous and lots of fun for the kids and the views were out of this world. I hope to go back there many more times and wish to thank the owners for sharing this wonderful retreat. I can't WAIT to go back there this year.
