RECENTLY PAINTED OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM UNIT On North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. Spectacular view North and East over the Atlantic from our SECOND FLOOR unit. Neighborhood is quiet and serene in the absence of commercial development allowing uncluttered views of beach, sunrises, and dolphins. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to dual balconies through sliding glass doors.
Masonry building of 40 units on 10 floors. Our unit is on the SECOND FLOOR, directly above the outdoor pool.There is a large sun deck adjoining the pool. Parking is ample with both open and covered spaces available. Unit is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with each bedroom having private access to a bath. The master bedroom is outfitted with queen-size bed, second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has twin beds.In addition, the living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the breakfast bar and dining area.Living room and master bedroom have an unrestricted view of ocean and the sand beach.
For your comfort and convenience: free local telephone service,central air conditioning,wet bar, stacked washer and dryer,dishwasher, ceiling fan, 3 cable-connected TVs, 3 DVD/VCR players, wireless DSL, DVD, and elevator. It is but a quick drive to shopping centers, hundreds of restaurants/fast food establishments, bars, two off-shore gambling casino ships , golf courses, live entertainment centers, fishing, and cinemas to mention only a few of the attractions of South Carolina’s Grand Strand. Owner will rent to families only with responsible adults.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our two grandchildren spent hours in the ocean &/or pool. The property is very clean with plenty of towels. The condo layout with 3 bdrms each having basically "their own" bathroom was great. The view of the ocean from the large deck was a great place to have your morning coffee or just relaxed and enjoyed the view. Larry was extremely easy to work with - everything was handled in an extremely timely manner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful condo. Thanks for renting to us for our family vacation. Being ocean front and able to hear the ocean (one of our favorite things) and also being able to walk up to the unit each day was great. We hope to be able to stay in this clean and spacious condo again soon. We have never used VRBO and this owner before but this experience was so great we will certainly use it again.

It is so peaceful and the ocean waves do put you to sleep.Everyone enjoys the balcony and the direct view and exposure to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. My husband and have stayed at this "home away from home" on three different occasions. The unit is spacious, clean, has comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you need to simply pack your luggage bag and go. The ocean view is incredible and the local shops and restaurants are great.

We try our very best to please all of our guests- so that they will return for another visit.. We recently hired a new cleaning company that is owned and operated by our personal friends who recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach.They go way beyond the call of duty and clean and prepare the unit as they would like to find it. Ann- we will see you again this year or I am sure next year.I hope many more people will visit our unit that is personally owned and managed and taken care of by people who really care!

This is an amazing place to stay and relax! Thank you Larry! We loved every minute we stayed...the neighborhood is quiet, but not too far from all the action and nightlife. The whole unit was very clean, fresh, bright and inviting. Lucky us to have been right on the beach with all the comforts of home, just what we needed. This is definately a place we will return to.

Exceptional Unit on second floor with great direct ocean views. Property has large swimming pool near ocean, covered underground parking and ample outside parking. Interior of unit is very well kept and is CLEAN. Ceramic tile and berber carpert appers to have just been installed. Unit and property are accurately described on the VRBO site.I would rcommend this unit as a must stay for anyone. Cherry Grove is a quiet family area convenient to all amenities, shopping, golf, tourist attractions, community pier, restaurants and shopping.

Great time at your condo. Very nice location. Thanks for sharing it with us Larry! Great oceanfront condo! Very clean condo While there we enjoyed the Bennetts Calabash and the IGA store is great! If you need it you can get it at that store! Tar Baby's Resturant is a great breakfast outing also. Very friendly people and the food is the best around!
