I have stayed at many VRBO rentals in the past but this was by far the best place I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, well maintained and well stocked in the kitchen and bath. The beds were very comfortable. The place is newer which I am finding makes a big difference as far as a trouble free stay. The location is great, being so close to the Glacier park entrance. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to leave a damage deposit which makes for one less hassle. Glacier National Park is awesome. You don't want to miss it. I recommend Kruger Heli-cop Tours If you want to see the park by air. I would give this place a 10 thumbs up (if I had that many).
Owner response:Thanks for the 10 thumbs up review! We really pride ourselves in keeping the cabin extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we can think of to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Location, location, location...it is hard to beat our location for convenience into the Park! Guests love being just one minute from the west entrance into Glacier. It is also a huge perk to be within walking distance of the river, cafes, shops...and a fantastic, lip-smacking, creamy, huckleberry icecream cone! Hope you can come again. Glacier is such a magical place, with so much to explore and discover. We are really happy that you chose to stay with us, and that we were able to be a special, positive experience for your wonderful memories of your trip to Glacier Park. Thanks! Karol, Mark, and Aidan

This was probably the best VRBO.com rental I've stayed at, and there have been several! From the completely stocked kitchen to the wonderfully comfortable beds to the relaxing Jacuzzi tub, everything was as advertised and exceeded all of our expectations. Being only 1 mile from the entrance to the park is a great time saver and allowed us to explore the park in the morning, take a short drive back for lunch and maybe a quick nap before heading back to the park for an afternoon hike. I'm almost hesitant to recommend this cabin. I'm afraid it will become TOO popular and I'll never get back in! THANK YOU!
Owner response:We really do make the extra effort to make your stay as great as possible. Our guests love the fully equipped kitchen, and make great use of it. After a long hike or raft trip, our jacuzzi is a welcome treat, too. Again and again we hear how much guests marvel at our location. Spending only one minute getting from our front door to the West entrance is fantastic. It allows for so much more time to explore and enjoy Glacier, when you are this close. We are so pleased to have offered you a great stay, and to know that you fully enjoyed the cabin. Hope you can come again soon. Thanks! Karol

A great place to stay for your visit to Glacier National Park. Beautiful, roomy, well-appointed. We spent 3 nights there in June -- I'm glad we stayed their last on our trip because it made the other places seem shabby. Everything you need is there, and it's super close to the west entrance of Glacier. I was hesitant to say too many good things because I don't want to compete with all of you for reservations when we head back, but I'd be surprised if you could find a better place.
Owner response:We love to hear that our guests enjoy the cabin! Yes,...we do book up very early, so make your plans for next summer ASAP, and we will make sure the place is yours to enjoy during your trip to Glacier. Our guests truly are amazed at how incredibly convenient our location is to the park entrance. Yes...we are just one mile from the the gates into Glacier...what an amazing location!! So glad to hear that we have had another happy family enjoy Brown's Cabin Home. Come back soon! Thanks! Karol and Aidan

Awesome time here for a weekend in April - clean, quiet, and comfortable. Not to mention wonderfully furnished, and everything you need is here, from the coffee grinder to the cookie sheets, etc. All you need bring is the food. This is a quiet location just minutes from the entrance to Glacier Park. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
Owner response:We agree with you that Springtime is a FANTASTIC time for a getaway here--with a peaceful quiet all around the cabin. The Park is just waking up from winter, and hopefully you felt like it was your OWN private National Park--as we do, in off season. We do try to anticipate every possible need our guests may have, which is why we have stocked everything we can think of to make your stay as perfect as possible...right down to the coffee grinders. :) We often have off-season special rates (like the 3rd night FREE), and our guests love coming up/over, with specials that we can offer. Thanks for staying...hope you can come again soon. Karol and Aidan

We highly recommend you stay at this cabin to explore Glacier National Park. Our family of four stayed at the cabin in June of 2010 for three days. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The cabin was very clean, nicely decorated and the master bed was comfortable. The cabin even has a piano, which our children enjoyed playing. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating when we had to change our dates. The location is PERFECT!! It was so nice to be so close to Glacier each day. The park is simply stunning - the hiking trails and park were truly amazing and the "Going to the Sun" road opened the day we arrived! Glacier is a park everyone should explore and this is the cabin to stay at!!
Owner response:HOORAY! Another happy guest! We as so pleased that you loved the piano! Our guests love to play around with the piano and guitar...what fun! Hopefully, you found the crayons, toys, and books for the kids, too. We understand that sometimes guests have to change dates, and we really do try to work with everyone.. even offering credit for another stay, depending on the dates. You are right...the park is STUNNING. We think it is magnificent---it just calls to our souls. Every area offers something special and unique to explore. Our current favorite this year is John's Lake Loop (when we are under the secret tunnel) at McDonald Creek. It is fun for us to recommend special places and various hikes for our guests to take...to help you plan for the trip of a lifetime! Thanks for sharing your experience. Come again soon! Karol and Aidan
