My husband and I stayed here in early October and felt we were in our own retreat. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. For me, it's all about the views, and the upstairs deck had beautiful views of the rim, especially in the mornings and at sunset. In addition, there was a wrap-around patio with more seating off the dining area. The king size bed in the downstairs master was very comfortable, and the living area inviting for reading in the evenings. The location is also in a quiet neighborhood close to the golf course, yet just a short drive into town. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy Moab and its surrounding National Parks.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Quiet location with nice views. Well furnished bedrooms. Master Bedroom has nice privacy and the two other bedrooms each have queen size beds, making a very comfortable sleeping arrangement for a family of four. Garage was great for bike and gear storage.

Very comfortable, clean and well maintianed. We satyed a week and we found that we had everything that we needed. There was plenty of room both inside and outside, all the bedrooms are a good are a very good size. The swimming pool was clean and great to relax by after a good days moutain biking.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, age 55+.
