Our beautiful, new, condo-home has 1146 sq ft, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo features a casual West Indies style with all the comforts and amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king bed while the 2 nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. TV's are in each room with VCR & DVD capabilities. High speed internet access.
Emerald Isle offers easy access to Front and Back Beach Roads, covered parking, gulf front indoor and outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gulf front exercise room and a pool pavilion featuring barbeque grills.
You're minutes away from shopping and dining at Pier Park, Bone Fish Grill Carraba's, Pasta Grill, miniature golf, water & amusement parks, the Gulfarium, zoo and golf courses. Rosemary Beach, Seaside and downtown Carillon are all a short drive away.
This is a NON-SMOKING, no pets, unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 people with the primary renter being not less than 25 years of age.
