This 1150 sq.foot second story condo has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished comfortably and with artistic flair. Two leather recliners and a sofa provide relaxed seating for visiting with friends or watching TV. The dining room has a large table with seating for six. The large kitchen is furnished with all appliances, cookware and tableware that is needed to make your self at home or entertain guests. The master bedroom has a Kingsize Bed with a Temporpedic mattress which provides a very restful sleep. The second bedroom has a Queensize bed. There are two bathrooms with showers in each. The view from the deck overlooks the pool and the mountains beyond. It is a delight to have breakfast on the deck with the awesome view.
Our desert condo is situated in Rancho Mirage just off Highway 111. Majestic mountain views and lush gardens surround this small, 100 unit gated community noted for it's inviting hospitality and beautiful grounds. You will be surrounded by acres of lawn, three cactus gardens, two rose gardens and many citrus trees. Citrus fruit from our trees is collected and available for guests by the pool.
The large swimming pool complex with diving board, sundeck and six-jet hot tub is surrounded by the peaceful desert valley. Join in the community potlucks if you choose or relax with a good book on our balcony terrace.
The World-Famous Indian Wells Tennis Stadium and many golf courses are just a short drive. There is a tennis court available on site. Several of the desert's best restaurants are within walking distance or you can shop till you drop at near by elegant El Paseo Drive.

A regulation fenced tennis court is on site. Lawn bowling courts, horseshoe court and putting green are provided for your pleasure and many golf courses are nearby. We invite you to experience our desert home.

Desert Breamar is a jewel. We looked at several gated communities in the desert over the years on visits. Desert Breamar stood out because it was small and community oriented. The people are friendly and the grounds and mountains beyond provide a peaseful place to relax. We are close to many activities when ever we choose to explore.
