Immaculate, very bright, airy and quiet. 1320 square feet. Newly painted. 18 inch tile floors throughout. All new furniture. Fully supplied kitchen and linens. King bed in master bedroom. Queen bed in second bedroom. Leather sleeper sofa in living room. Tons of closet space. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining area. Great view of golf course, mountains and lake.
Gated courtyard at front entrance with barbecue and patio table and chairs. Second bedroom looks onto this covered patio. The back patio overlooks the 14th hole where you can sit on the 7 foot wicker couch under the ceiling fan and watch the golfers go by. The master bedroom has slider to golf course patio and views. Sunrise Country Club has 22 swimming pools, 19 spas, 13 tennis courts, 4 lakes and an 18 hole par 64 executive golf course. Gated complex with 24 hour security. Access to Country Club for lunch, dinner, brunch. Have an informal breakfast at The Grille and watch the tennis.
1 mile to The River complex, restaurants, shops, free concerts, movie theaters. 1 mile to Eisenhower Medical Center. 5 miles down Bob Hope Dr to Agua Caliente Casino. 11 miles to Palm Springs Int'l Airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending January 2012 in this condo. It is centrally located for everything in the Coachella Valley. It's less than a mile from The River shopping (and restaurant) mall, which included Babe's, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang, and many other eateries. We enjoyed watching golfers of varied abilities try to clear the water to the green from the fairway behind the condo. Would definitely recommend this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

Wonderful experience We stayed at this condo January and February of 2011 and really enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you would need, from WiFi for our laptops to cable TV.. We brought along our Boxer dog "Bella", and the condo and Sunrise Country Club were perfect for us, there were even throws for the furniture for Bella. The condo was furnished beautifully, the owner very helpful and the people of Sunrise Country Club were very friendly. We definitely hated to leave. The location in the center of Rancho Mirage is very nice as shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters are located very close. I highly recommend this condo and owner to anyone looking for a great experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This unit (vrbo 107410) is very nice, well furnished and fully equiped with all the necessities. The owner is very good to deal with and makes staying there a pleasure. would we return? Absolutely - in fact we have already booked for our next visit. The Sunrise CC is in the best location in the valley, very central to everything.Did you find this review helpful?
