This lovely luxury island home (built in 2002 and completely renovated in 2006) has four beautifully appointed bedrooms, plus a large loft/bedroom area with views over the harbor and across the sound. There are four artfully tiled baths with top-of-the-line fixtures. High ceilings and oversize doors, windows with transoms, and viewing decks and porches are just some of the other "hard to find" features. The kitchen is adjoined by a spacious breakfast room with bay window, and has glass-fronted cabinets and solid surface countertops. The great room, with its cathedral ceilings, window walls and fireplace, is beautifully decorated and also has a full size dining area. There are designer touches throughout!

Walk out the door and into your private pool area. The pool is heated and has an oversize shower area, as well as a space for dining alfresco. Just a short stroll up the sandy lane brings you to the wide Gulf beach. It is completely equipped and ready for you to make your own dream getaway.

  • We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Sand Dollar. The house is so beautiful and clean and had virtually everything that we needed from beach toys to kitchen utensils! Our family had a great time just relaxing and fishing. Getting around in a golf cart was a fun experience for the kids. Plenty of wildlife to see on the island and lots of shells to collect. We will definitely visit The Sand Dollar again!

  • Everything was immaculate and amazingly comfortable. Your home was a joy -- from the light blue and yellow tasteful decorations; the extra pillows & sheets neatly tucked away in the closets; the ample cupboard and storage space; the beach chairs conveniently available in the garage; the lovely decks where we could enjoy the Florida sunrise and full moon-lit evenings.....it was truly a dream vacation where my parents repeatedly voiced to us, "Thank you for letting us taste a little piece of paradise."
