Deposit/Keys:
A 50% Deposit is due within 10 days of booking a reservation. The balance is due 20 days prior to arrival. House keys will not be sent out until the full balance and cleaning fee are received. Please make all checks payable to Fernandina Oceanfront, LLC and mail to:

House keys should also be returned to this mailing address following your stay. Security fee will be refunded after keys are returned to above address, pending satisfactory conclusion of rental.
Cancellation and Security Deposit:
The 50% booking deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re-book your reservation. However, if the deposit is forfeited, it can be applied to a future reservation within six months. A separate $300 security/damage deposit is required, which will be refunded after rental is satisfactorily concluded.
Cleaning Fee:
A $100 cleaning fee is required in addition to the above schedule.
Arrival and Departure Time:
Arrival time is 3 pm or later. Departure time is 11 am or earlier. Inquire about our flexible arrival and departure times (if approved in advance)!
Linens:
Linens are not supplied. Pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed, bath and beach linens. Bedroom #1 has one queen bed; #2 has one double; bedroom #3 has two Twin beds; and the master bedroom has a king bed. Linens can be arranged and rented in advance from Linens Away at Amelia Island--please inquire at time of booking.
Parking:
No on street parking is allowed. No oversized vehicles allowed. Space for three cars tandem.
Garbage Pick-Up:
Trash and recycle pick-up is Monday and Thursday at 7 am. We ask that you please bag your garbage and place it in the two green cans at the front of the house. Please roll the cans to the street the night before pick-up (Sunday night and Wednesday night). Please roll the can back to the house following pick-up the next morning.
No Pets and No Smoking:
No pets allowed. Special prior arrangements may be made for pets, and a pet deposit and higher rental rates will apply. This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Smoking allowed.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is ten guests. We reserve the right to allow family groups only or to individuals who are 25 years or older. No unnacompanied minors.

Great house, great location, excellent vacation! My family has spent many summer vacations at the beach house. When looking for a quick getaway from work this past spring, the beach house was an excellent choice. Our group of 8 fit very comfortably in the house and had plenty of room, although we spent more time outside on the front deck than inside. The location is PERFECT!! Our group was able to easily float from the beach to the front deck and back. Our week at the beach house was exactly what we were hoping for and even more! Whether you're going for a week or a month, whether you have kids or it's just an adults only trip, this place has everything you could need for a great stay at the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had a great time staying here and highly recommend! It is across the street from the beach, which is not overcrowded. The inside is wonderful and feels like a beach house should. We had a decent size group and everyone was quite comfy. Can't wait until next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Your house is everything a beach house should be: informal, open floor plan, plenty of space for everyone, lots of parking, kitchen well stocked with all the essentials, plenty of peace and quiet, wonderful ocean views, close to the beach, convenient to town. Could not have asked for anything more for a long weekend getaway - we will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Our week at this house was wonderful. With more than 1 family and kids, the 2 seperate living room areas we wonderful. The newly added front deck is a great place to start and end the day. Walking to the beach was very easy even with too many toys. It is positioned perfectly between two commercial areas - no condos around. As someone who vacationed at Fernandina MANY years ago, I was thrilled to still have the beach pretty much to ourselves. Working with the owners was a breeze - answered my many questions via emails very quickly. Already talking about next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We are repeat visitors to Fernandina Beach and ALWAYS stay at this house. It is fabulous and a real bargin! We enjoy the easy access to a beautiful beach where we have found hundreds of sharks teeth over the years, taken long walks, and lazily relaxed and enjoyed the ocean. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We have enjoyed staying in the house with just two of us and with as many as eight family members. We can't wait to return. Thanks for many years of great beach accommodations.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This house is in a great location in Fernandina! We were able to walk to the beach by just crossing the street or see the ocean from the sofas. The open floor plan with 2 living rooms let us have room to spread out in front of the TV or sit up front and watch the waves. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house has hardwood floors. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend, and while the houe has 4 bedrooms it was perfect for 2 people as well (and lots of space for the price of a hotel room!) Great causal restaurants nerby (try T-Rays) for a true local beach experience. We will be back soon!! Thanks!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
