Deposit/Keys:
A 50% Deposit is due within 10 days of booking a reservation. The balance is due 20 days prior to arrival. House keys will not be sent out until the full balance and cleaning fee are received. Please make all checks payable to Fernandina Oceanfront, LLC and mail to:

House keys should also be returned to this mailing address following your stay. Security fee will be refunded after keys are returned to above address, pending satisfactory conclusion of rental.
Cancellation and Security Deposit:
The 50% booking deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re-book your reservation. However, if the deposit is forfeited, it can be applied to a future reservation within six months. A separate $200 security/damage deposit is required, which will be refunded after rental is satisfactorily concluded.
Cleaning Fee:
A $75 cleaning fee is required in addition to the above schedule.
Arrival and Departure Time:
Arrival time is 3 pm or later. Departure time is 11 am or earlier. Inquire about our flexible arrival and departure times!
Linens:
Linens are not supplied. Pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed, bath and beach linens. Bedroom #1 has one queen bed; #2 has one double; bedroom #3 has two Twin beds; and the master bedroom has a king bed. Linens can be arranged and rented in advance from Linens Away at Amelia Island--please inquire at time of booking.
Parking:
No on street parking is allowed. No oversized vehicles allowed. Space for three cars tandem.
Garbage Pick-Up:
Trash pick-up is Monday and Thursday at 7 am. We ask that you please bag your garbage and place it in the green can at the front of the house. Please roll the can to the street the night before pick-up (Sunday night and Wednesday night). Please roll the can back to the house following pick-up the next morning.
Telephone:
The telephone is available for local calls only. Long distance calls can be received.
No Pets and No Smoking:
No pets allowed. Special prior arrangements may be made for pets, and a pet deposit and higher rental rates will apply. This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Smoking allowed.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. We reserve the right to allow family groups only or to individuals who are 25 years or older.
