Located in the Crystal Beach Community. It's one block from the beach and two blocks to the new Destin Commons Center as well as many fine restaurants, shops and numerous area golf courses.
This lovely home features three-story construction with a private pool. The lush landscaping features a variety of palms, flowering plants and jasmine. For added privacy, the Carriage Apartment is found over the garage and has its own entrance, Queen Bed,TV and sitting area. The apartment also has a kitchenette and its own bath.
The entrance driveway is doublewide for extra parking in addition to the garage parking. The house features all new decorating and lively colors. The living room has a complete VCR & DVD and is open to the kitchen and dining room.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has its own private screened porch, King bed, TV, and jacuzzi bath. Each of the two bedrooms on the second floor (one bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the other one a King bed) also have their own private screened porch and TV. The third floor bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, sink and refrigerator.
The privately fenced back yard has a private pool with a unique seating area with jacuzzi type jets for relaxing. There is a Gas Grill in the backyard also.
This is a NO SMOKING HOUSE and NO PETS are allowed. We also do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Our first vist to the Gulf of Mexico immediately sold us on this beautiful area. Our minds were made up as soon as we saw the "sugar white" sand beach and the emerald color of the Gulf.
