This is a family owned, 2800 square foot house was just recently renovated with five bedrooms and three full baths. It has two large living rooms with their own TVs. New Kitchen with cherry cabinets, eat-in island and bar and granite counter tops. There are 2 full sized refrigerator as well as a small one for wine. Large dining room with 12 foot ceiling, 30 by 15 deck that overlook the lake as well as two lower decks with steps going right into the lake. Also for your enjoyment we offer high speed internet access and some arcade games including Pacman, Capcom Bowling, Cruis'n The World, NFL Blitz Gold, NBA Showtime and Centipede as well as a slot machine. Also as part of your rental is a soft serve ice cream machine. (can provide soft serv mix at an additional cost)
There are approximately thirty golf courses within a thirty mile radius. Fishing at Newton Lake is also very good. The Lake is also not very crowded because the lake is private and not open to the public. Also for your enjoyment, the house has two (2) kayaks, a canoe, paddle boat, sunfish sail boat and plenty of floating rafts. The fall is great to take in the beautiful scenery with the changing of leaves. Fall is especially good for fishing on the lake.
Get away from it all and enjoy the ski season in this winter wonderland. Sitting enjoy our spacious house overlooking Newton Lake while being only a short 8 mile drive to Elk Mountain Ski Resort, Montage Mountain (30 miles away), Camelback Ski Area (45 minutes away), or Greek Peak (50 miles away). Thirty (30) minutes to Pocono Raceway this convenient location will ensure you spend your day on the slopes and not driving in your car! Skiers and snowboarders will find it an ideal area for skiing or snowtubing. Also, if you prefer, you can enjoy ice fishing on the lake.
