Mont Cervin Plaza offers two-bedroom, two and a half bath properties, and 1 three-bedroom, three and a half bath penthouse. The building, as well as the interior hallways and elevator, underwent a $1.5 million renovation in the autumn of 2004. Located in the exclusive Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley, this ski-in/ski-out property is three and a half miles from historic Main Street in Park City.
Each of the units features a private outdoor hot tub on a deck accessed by the living room and master bedroom, stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, wood fireplace, jetted tub in the master bath, designer furnishings with a sophisticated mountain décor and wireless internet access. The penthouse also has cathedral ceilings, views of the slopes of Deer Valley, an additional fireplace in the master bedroom, a Viking range in the kitchen, and a spacious kitchen/dining room/living room layout.
Each unit has a king in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The three-bedroom penthouse has a king in two of the bedrooms, two twins in the third bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
