This apartment in the Avenue Marceau is a 26 sqm (280 sq feet) beautiful renovated duplex studio located on the ground floor of a 1900 Hausmann building at 26 Avenue Marceau in the heart of the golden triangle of the 8th Arrondissement. The golden triangle is the most prestigious area with the famous George V hotel, the Grand Palais and Petite Palais, and boutiques of the most chic designer names. Within walking distance of Eiffel tower, the seine and the famous Champs Elysee and just 100 m from the metro, enjoy parisian life. Eat in one of the many resturants and bars in the area or take a boat trip along the seine, visit Montmartre, Notre Dame or wander through the lively Latin quarter, Eurodisney is under an hour away by train. And this is a very special apartment. A stay in this apartment is one of the prizes given by Eurorail, Air France, and Eurorelais to the winner of the famous Tour de France bicycle race.
For sleeping, the apartment has a double bed in the bedroom section on the upper level and a fashonable Louise style sofa bed in the living room area. €85 cleaning fee due at end of visit.
30% total rental will hold the apartment; remainder is due 30 days before arrival.
