A great garden goes down to the sea (100 meters) and a small private pebble beach. You can rent a boat and keep it at the buoy in front of the beach. You can rent the boat of the house, a beautiful pneumatic joker boat clubman 26 with 2x150 cv engine, maximum people on board 22. It can be rented for july and august for €3200/week and otherwise for €2900/week.
There a beautiful swimming pool (5x10m and 2.5m deep)with a terrace and a pool deck for sun bathing. Total privacy.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 independent studios. In addition if needed there is one small studio for children with bunk beds.
The house is entirely air-conditioned. The parental bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, shares its bathroom with a room with twin beds. Two studios are independent with 160 cm beds, one is air-conditioned, the other one is not. The small studio for children with bunk beds is neither air-conditioned.
