Delight in the views and warmth of this newly completed home in Three Peaks. Nestled in aspen and evergreens, our 3000-square-foot home, with three bedrooms plus spacious loft and three-and-one-half baths, overlooks the Raven Golf Course and distant Gore Mountains with Keystone ski runs. Within 15 miles to five renown ski areas plus 30 minutes to Vail, or Aspen, we're conveniently located for winter activities including downhill and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
Summer recreation is abundant with golfing, hiking, fly fishing, biking, and boating. Music and art festivals frequent the summer weekends, and quaint shops and outlet stores are a favorite pastime year round. Just completed in November 2006, this home boasts of everything NEW!
Quality leather in the large open living room makes a comfortable conversation area while the gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere for cold winter evenings. Two recliners take advantage of the floor-to-ceiling windows which frame the views and invite in mountain light. The roll top desk houses access to high-speed internet. French doors lead outside for warm summer days.
The quality kitchen has all the amenities, including custom cabinets, granite counters, microwave, blender, and gas stove. The windows above the sink frame views of secluded trees.
The master bedroom on the main level has a separate back entrance to the hot tub on the outside patio. Another gas fireplace and new flat screen TV are positioned for viewing from the king-sized bed. The master bath has natural stone travertine tile and both shower and jetted tub. A washer and dryer are also included in the master suite.
The 400-square-foot loft easily accommodates the queen-size leather sleeper sofa. The large screen TV with DVD makes this area a popular gathering spot. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen-size bed with down comforter and window views of valley and mountains. A TV and DVD are in one bedroom suite. An outside balcony connects the two bedrooms. The two upstairs baths have granite counters and tile floors. The main laundry room is located by the upstairs bedrooms.

The location of our home is great both summer and winter. It's close to bike and raft rentals and fly-fishing for summer and of course, close to several winter ski areas. The outlet shops are year-round.

Wonderful Summer Experience

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week in June and July, 2010. The house was spacious, very clean, and the views spectacular! The house worked perfectly for us (the parents) to be in the master bedroom on the main floor and our grown children and grandchildren upstairs with their own private bedrooms, bathrooms, and television loft. We all enjoyed the hot tub! Kitchen is very spacious and dining room table is large. It was wonderful to sit on the front and upstairs decks and take in the beautiful scenery. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. We loved the close proximity to Lake Dillon and enjoyed sailing, biking and hiking. It was an easy drive to Frisco and Breckenridge. The owners were easy to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. If in the area again, we would stay in this lovely mountain home.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
