The Spanish-style architecture warmly greets you as you approach this nicely maintained Carmel-by-the-Sea home for your vacation get-a-way. This special gathering place is only 2/10th of a mile strolling distance to downtown and less than 1 mile from the white sands of Carmel Beach. The tennis lover in your family will appreciate the convenience of being able to walk across the street to enjoy a round robin at the adjacent public courts. The links at Pebble Beach are only about 2 miles away.
This home is just perfect for outdoor entertaining on the back patio & terrace. The fenced and enclosed back yard is ideally set-up for your personal animals or little ones. Once inside natural woods abound from the plank floors to the open and vaulted beam ceilings. There’s a fireplace to warm by and an abundance of natural light. The open kitchen and dining room/living room combination is nicely laid out for entertaining.
We welcome a maximum number of eight guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level include the master bedroom which hosts a king size bed and the second bedroom which has two single twin-size beds (in a trundle set-up). There is a loft with a queen size bed and the ground level attached studio offers additional accommodations for three with a queen and single twin bed. The second bathroom is located in this studio suite which may be connected or closed off from the main house.
After a challenging day of shopping, beach-going, golfing or dining, this special gathering place is the perfect spot to relax and recharge for your next day’s adventure!
Each of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably
