THE SEA RANCH is a stunning rustic 5 Acre beachfront property with beautiful Palm Trees situated right in the middle of Santa Teresa Beach in Mal Pais in front of the best surf break.It is located close to the Supermarket, Board Hire, Dancing and Restaurants. We cook a Delicious Breakfast!
This wonderful oceanfront property with direct access to the the best beach and surf in Costa Rica offers four large airconditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en suite in two pastel coloured two bedroom palm roofed Bungalows situated right next to each other. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed and an extra single bed.
The rooms are beautifully decorated with Balinese and Central American textiles and there are lots off Hammocks for our guests to enjoy on the verandahs and in the multitude of Palm Trees.
A huge wooden Asian Style Building on stilts with a towering Palm Roof houses the Kitchen, Dining Area, Barbeque and a Pool Table.
Above the Dining Area is a large airy bedroom with two queen sized beds and one bunk bed. It is served by its own bathroom and separate loo. The Rancho is not air conditioned, but lovely and airy with breezes from the ocean and the sound of the waves.
In all,the Sea Ranch on it's large property has 6 Queen size beds, 4 twins, one set of Bunkbeds and a Crib.
The Sea Ranch offers Daily Maid Service, Linens, Individual
Safes in all rooms, Telephone, WiFi, Pool Table, a Yoga Dojo, a Massage Tent, Volleyball and a Caretaker on the property. We do Laundry on request. The Sea Ranch also offers Horseback Riding We have two horses to rent on the property so bring a pair of jeans!
We have great Surf Teachers as well as a wonderful Yoga Instructor and Masseuse.
The property sleeps 12 plus (We have accomodated more than 16 guests), and usually rents for seven days, but we do make exceptions for shorter stays.
We do Spectacular Weddings! We have three coming up in 2008 each with about 100 guests each who will be dancing under the stars and lounging in our huge colourful Morrocan tent surrounded by Tropical Fruits and Tropical Sounds.
Fishing is fantastic here. We go out with the Mal Pais fishermen ($55 per hour for up to 9 people) and catch Tuna, Yellowfin, Red Snapper and other fish to barbeque and turn into the freshest Sushi when we get home.
The restaurant scene here is vibrant, gourmet and often rustic- romantic as many foreigners have settled in Mal Pais Santa Teresa and realized their dream to open a restaurant in Paradise bringing with them their own cuisines.
There are wonderful, Italian, French, Thai, Spanish, Argentinian and of course Costa Rican restaurants all using the abundant seafood, fruits and vegetables available here. Even the smallest "Soda" will serve delicious fresh smoothies with Gallo Pinto, the national dish of rice and beans.
We charge $4000 per week with an occupancy of 14 during most of the year, making us the cheapest (And nicest) rental if you are a large family or group of friends. We also take smaller groups or singles at other prices, so do enquire!
