Welcome to Sunset Palms! Situated only four miles from Disney and the other major theme parks. Just off the popular Highway 192 and all its restaurants and activities.
With a south facing backyard, sun shines on our pool from morning until night. As you can see, it is backing onto a pond and beautiful conservation lands - very private and a great sense of being away from it all.
The house is decorated in quality furnishings. We stay at the house a couple of months every year ourselves and try to keep it maintained as if it were our first home.
Queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms. Two twin beds in the kids room. Additional fold-out beds for two children. FREE use of crib for a baby.
Oversized jet tub in the master en suite. Access to the pool area via the main living room and the master bedroom.
Sunset Lakes is an exclusive GATED COMMUNITY. Community features include swimming pool, kids playground, and fishing docks off the larger lakes (quality bass and other fish).
For golfers, the Celebration five-star course is just ten minutes away. Others are close by too - details available.

We fell in love the villa the very first time we saw it. It has the luxury of being just 3 miles or so away from Disney, yet we back on to serene grasslands and natural pond - not walls of houses like so many other properties.

We arguably have the best location on the development. Fully South facing property and with NO HOUSES overlooking the rear of the property, instead a beautiful natural pond and Florida wildlife.

This home is incredible! Spotless with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. Just close enough to all of the attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Was great to relax by the pool after a long day of theme parks. Can't wait to go back! The owner was a pleasure to deal with.

My family stayed here for our recent Disney vacation and we were extremely satisfied. The home was MUCH better than the hotel room we had originally booked (at a nice Disney hotel) and gave us plenty of space (family of 5 + 1). The pool was great for afternoon breaks and everyone had room to "get away" and relax. The drive to Disney was about 15 minutes with no traffic issues at all. If this place is available for our next trip to Disney, we will definitely stay here.

We have just returned from two weeks at Sunset Palms. The accomodation was excellent and had plenty of room for my wife and I and a bedroom for each of our three girls. the location was first class only 15 minutes from the entrance to Magic Kingdom and Disney. The property was immaculate and the kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans and appliances. The pool was a big hit and the games room in the garage was used every day. Andrew was very helpful by phone and email and I would thoroughly recommend his property to anyone.

We just returned from a week at this awesome place..It was a 2 family vacation and from the time you walked in it was great. They kids loved the playroom and i know played basketball everynight after the day of fun. Never any traffic and the ease of getting to all the Disney attractions and the Sea World and Universal. Lots of shops and food and places around. The Super Target less then 5 min away is a life saver. We would suggest that if you are wanting a great time and a nice place to stay to stay here. Nice all the way around and could not have had a better time. We normally stay in the resorts but this is a MUCH better choice not to mention that the money you save not only for the house but on food and having more places to relax then just your bed. We will return for sure

We had two fantasticl weeks in Florida, staying at this wonderful villa with its rather special setting. You can expect to find everything exactly as in the pictures on this website, the property and its surroundings are represented completely accurately. The parks are within an easy 15-20 minute drive, restaurants and shopping facilities are only 5 minutes away. Ideal.

This is a beautiful home with wonderful amenities--clean, modern, and well cared for. It's tucked far enough away from the tourist hustle-and-bustle, but it’s close enough to be convenient to all the attractions. There is an incredibly serene view of a conservation area from the pool. It is a perfect "home base" for a Disney vacation. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

We hope you like the house as much as we do. We stay at the property ourselves a couple of months during the year and as such try to keep the standards high. Many houses look the same, but the quality of the furnishings and bedding can make you feel at home - we throw out the beddings and replace EVERY YEAR. You will not be disappointed.
