This gated property is truly Ocean Front, located directly on the sand and ocean (not across the street from the ocean as many properties listed as beach front are), and offers spectacular sun rises, relaxing sunsets, and true luxury beach front living!
Located in the middle of Oahu, Sugar Mill Beach House is the ideal home base for exploration of all of Oahu's treasures, and the perfect spot to return to after a day of exploring the Island. Kualoa Ranch, the location of many films and TV shows including the hit show LOST, is just near by. While filming LOST, Sugar Mill Beach House has been home to both actors and others associated with the popular show.

My daughters and I spent 7 wonderful days here, first of all Joey was great so helpful and friendly :) The beach house was everything we expected, so spacious, very clean, we spent most of our days and evenings there no need to even leave, we loved it, hope to come back next year. If you are considering this beach house this is the one !!!!! if I could give it 10 stars I would. Mahalo Dee

My family recently stayed at this wonderful rental house right on the beach. We brought 3 children (ages 3, 10 and 11) This property was perfect for all age children. The water was calm enough for my 3 year old to play down at the beach for hours. We enjoyed many of the houses amenities including a huge kitchen, bbq and washing machines. The house was extremely clean and had everything we would possibily need, including a toddler bed. The owners of the property we extremly helpful and provided us with many suggestions for local attractions. My family enjoyed this home so much that we will be back each year. I would definitly recommend staying at this property, the pictures do not do it justice. The views from the rooms and backyard are breathtaking.

This is the place if you are looking for an exceptional vacation, no mater if its just the two of you or the whole family and friends to share. We were so grateful that the home was clean, super amenities, stunning views of mountains, and the best of the best was this property is on the ocean, views from every room off the hook!!!! trade winds that were magnificent, the decor was just what you would expect of this awesome home. Activities on site(kayak, snorkel, sunning, fishing, hiking, and most precious is the relaxing) would keep you busy for a weeks!!!! This is the place if you want a stunning quite, luxurious, time in the north of Hawaii, 15 min either way you are in additional prime areas for pristine surfing, beaches, restaurants, what ever your hearts desire!! Ok so I am smitten with Joey and Greg's incredible home!!! You will not find a better home to rent , we have been coming to Hawaii for over 30 years and this is now our #1 pick!!!! Not to forget that everything on the Ilse-land is less than 30 min from anywhere, we had one of the best vacations we have ever had, thank you Joey for an awesome job of taking care of us!!!! We spent 10 short days and enjoyed every moment, knowing when we came home what we had to look forward too!!!

Stepping into the backyard of this house is like entering a dream paradise complete with constant soothing breezes fresh off thousands of miles of ocean, the incredible back drop of China Man's Hat Island, and the crystal clear, calm bay. Having your coffee to the sun rising from this backdrop makes mornings unforgettable. The comforts and openness of the house are a perfect complement to the backyard. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to do so for many years to come. It is truly a gem.

My family and I have stayed there a total of 7 times over the last 5 years. That means that we loved it so much that we were fortunate to go twice during two of the years. We just got tired of all the undelivered promises of the other vacation rentals that we struck out with. The owners are great and accomodating to most of our needs. The first time I have had Kayaks provided as part of the deal. As far as beach houses go you couldn't ask for a more secluded beach when you are in HI. Most of the time my family was the only one visible. The kids LOVE IT! The home is always clean and we love the style and design. You go to bed with the sound of the waves and don't wake up hearing people or cars. That is with the two master bedrooms that is facing the beach. The kids room with the double beds that is in the back you can hear a bit of car traffic. But you know kids, they can easily sleep through that. We have already booked a return for this October. Oh yeah forgot to mention that there is a great park a stones throw distance across the street where you can ride horses and rent ATV's a must. We also got to see where they shot a lot of the Lost TV episodes down the street, pretty cool if you are fan. Hope you like it as much as we did.
