Not exactly our “honeymoon” but a true celebration. Our 36th wedding anniversary. This was our first trip to Kauai, but God willing, not our last. The condo was perfect and exactly what we wanted and exactly what was advertised. Comfort, convenient, private, and quiet. The view was incredible. Thank you for sharing your home and giving the Aloha spirit Chuck. You were a wonderful help in booking this trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Hanalei 5201/02.

The condo was fantastic! The view was the best I saw on the island. It was paradise. Thanks for the great time. Hanalei Bay Resort is totally fantastic. Waterfall pool! Viewing waterfalls and rainbows in the morning right from your bed. The colors explode around you. This was a great trip and I appreciated all the tips Chuck gave us to help maximize our time.

We had a great time at HBR, unit 5201/5202. Chuck was very easy to work with and was a very gracious host. We've stayed at HBR before and think that it is one of the better places to stay in the north part of Kauai. The unit has a fabulous view and is close to the pool. We used the grill down by the smaller pool and had a great dinner (stop by Costco, near the airport, when you get off the plane). Thanks for everything Chuck!

My family stayed at HBR this past August, in units 5201 & 5202 and we absolutely loved it. First of all, the property is just beautiful. It is like a manicured jungle, with a lagoon like pool with waterfalls and views of the bay from the open air lobby and restaurant. The unit is large, very clean and tastfully decorated. The kitchen is modern and easy to work in. The bedrooms are large and each has a clean and beautiful bathroom and there is a lanai off of each bedroom and the living room with absolutely spectacular views. There are also plenty of pool and beach toys available and three TV's in the unit. Everything was really perfect. There is no reason to stay anyplace else. We certainly would not. Enjoy!!

My six year old daughter and I, plus another couple had the pleasure of visiting this nice Island. Chuck made it an ease free vacation. I could not believe how nice he was. Very knowledgeable and just a great guy. We arrived to the beautiful resort at night and didn't get a real look at the property until the next day. 5202 was so conveniant to the pool and the tennis courts it was great. The pool is beautiful, nice walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to the front desk and Happy Talk. One of my daughter's favorite things was sitting on the lanei in the morning and having all the beautiful birds come eat right out of her hand. The view from there was absolutely beautiful and the rainbows were a site to see. I would highly recommend Chuck's place and would rent from him again. Pat Ft. Worth, TX

Loved this unit, lots of room for us and our teenaged sons. It was so convenient to the pool and tennis courts but still very quiet and private. I loved that the boys had their own bedroom, bathroom refrigerator and entrance. We loved the incredible views from the huge balcony. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. I also loved the secret beach. Great snokeling right off the beach. Would return in a heartbeat.

We just got home from our vacation in Kauai and already miss it. We enjoyed most our stay on the north side of the island at the Hanalei Bay Resort in unit 5201-5202. The view is magical and really makes you feel like you are in a story book. The proximity of the unit to both the big pool and tennis courts was great. We also walked down the path to the beach. Great snorkeling. It was a very comfortable and convenient place. The booking process was also very smooth. Had a great time, thanks Chuck Ellen

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL unit from May 12th to the 17th. The booking process was very easy & Chuck is a pleasure to do business with. He is extremely helpful & is very knowledgeable about things to see & do on Kauai. The resort is OUTSTANDING, everyone was very helpful & always had a smile. We had 6 adults & the unit was very comfortable for all of us. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. This condo is everything it is advertised as plus more.

As a long time returning visitor to Kauai, I was thrilled with everything about this particular accommodation at Hanalei Bay Resort (5302/02). Everything inside the unit was comfortable, nicely decorated and well kept. I consider myself a connoisseur of great vistas and the one from this lanai is truly an ALLSTAR VIEW! Before I left, I explored the entire grounds admiring the truly exquisite layout of everything from the magnificent serpentine pool with it's many waterfalls to the lovely landscaped walk down to the beach. I was traveling with an artist and we both agreed, our morning coffee on this lanai was almost like a fairy tale, too beautiful for words!
