A large stacked rock fireplace creates a warm environment during cooler weather. The upstairs deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The cabin overlooks Beaverdam Creek, long known to locals as one of the best areas to flyfish for Rainbows.
The cabin is in Vineyard Creek, a small private log cabin development that includes an actual vineyard, a common area on Beaverdam Creek, and a large open area around a pond. There's no golf course, no tennis courts, or a lot of other people. There are wild turkeys, hummingbirds, and an occasional shy deer. Boating on Lake Hiawassee is a short distance away. Grocery stores are 30 minutes away, so plan accordingly. |
