Reservation Deposit $400 w/i 7 days of booking balance due w/i 30 days of booking.
Damage Deposit required at check in but not charged if no damage or theft

Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival subject to a $50.00 fee
Cancellations after 30 days will forfeit your deposit
