This beautiful condominium is surrounded by mountain views and is in the Pagosa Lakes subdivision. You have two patios off the back facing Pagosa Mountain. Tastefully decorated with a mountain retreat feel, the main level contains dining/living area with gas fireplace and the master suite and bath. The sofa makes out to a queen bed.
This level also includes a cheerful kitchen fully equipped with all built-ins and small appliances. The second level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two double beds. Each equipped with TV/DVD's and a warm southwestern feel. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower.
It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and ski resorts and enjoyable in all seasons.
The condominium is located near the San Juan Mountains and Rio Grande National Forest. You are within driving distance of Mesa Verde National Park, historic mining town of Creede, Durango to Silverton Railroad and the Chama Railroad. Pagosa Springs is known for the hot springs and spas, which are minutes away.
In the area is world class hunting, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, and other amenities just minutes away. Walking and bike paths right out your front door with breathtaking views and within a few blocks of recreation center and golf course.

Damage Deposit required at check in but not charged if no damage or theft

Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival subject to a $50.00 fee

Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
We found Pagosa Springs has such a wonderful small town feel and not so commericalized as other parts of Colorado where you ski. We also found Wolf Creek is a great ski location with plenty of snow to enjoy. It is a great family vacation area that is reasonably priced and lots to do in any season.

Three sister's retreat is our home away from home. We are three sister's from Arkansas who fell in love with Pagosa Springs many years ago and finally decided to invest in a home away from home in 2006. We love PS in any season but late winter and late summer are our favorite times. We have enjoyed decorating it for our renters to feel like it is their home while staying in PS. We are from Arkansas so we don't get out to Colorado as much as we would like but do enjoy it when we get to visit. Marsha, Kathleen and Mary Alice

Very homey, roomy, 3 couples each had plenty of privacy. Well stocked, only complaint needs more tall glass ware. Had a great time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Everything you need is very close by and convenient – restaurants, grocery store, bank, equipment rental . . .The communication was great start to finish. The management office where you pick up the keys was just a block from the condo. They also gave us a great deal on lift tickets and discounts to several local sites. The condo is very spacious. We had six people but there is plenty of room for more. The furnishings are simple but tastefully done. The beds and pillows weren’t all that comfortable but I’m a little picky about that. The gas fireplace is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need (thanks for the crock pot, it was a great help). This condo is a GREAT VALUE! My family and I plan to come back soon.
