ESCAPE TO PARADISE!!! Stay in a luxurious five-star Resort setting in our home away from home at Paradise Village. Located just 10 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport, Paradise Village combines a remarkable array of vacation amenities--spectacular beaches, a Championship Golf Course and Country Club, a world-class Marina, two luxurious European Spas, an incredible health club, sports center and tennis complex and a variety of Resort activities.
Our beautiful two-bedroom, two and-a-half bath, three-story villa is situated within the Resort in a gated residential community (Grand Marina Villas) overlooking the Marina. It looks out on the Marina and is separate from the main condo building complex. You can enjoy the privacy and solitude of a private home and yet be just a couple minutes walk from incredible beaches, a full range of Resort activities, great shopping at Paradise Village’s two-story air-conditioned shopping mall, several fine restaurants--even a small zoo. There is also a free shuttle that will take you anywhere on the grounds of this huge five-star resort.
To enhance your vacation, we also highly recommend utilizing our social membership pass. The fee is nominal($15USD plus tax per person for up to 6 people) and good for the duration of your stay (up to 4 weeks). It is well worth it to be able to enjoy two world class spas, a sports and raquette club(including 5 tennis courts, squashand basketball, an olympic sized swimming pool, an amazing kids club and more), two fitness facilities, a private beach club, golf priviledges at El Tigre Golf Course (reduced green fees for the 18 hole course) and various other activities around the resort.
We ask that our guests respect our home by not smoking inside (we have a wonderful outdoor patio where smoking is allowed) and we limit our guests to 4 adult visitors (as our home is not particularly child-friendly--glass top furniture, fragile works of art, etc.)-----although we do allow children (with a damage deposit).
We do everything we can to make your stay memorable and enjoyable! Our home is beautifully furnished and decorated. We have cable TV (with surround sound), a music center and a teak patio bar for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped---right down to that much needed blender for mixing margaritas or electric juicer for freshly squeezed juice. We have a washer and dryer; iron and ironing board; hairdryer; linens and towels are provided with mid-week maid service at no cost to you. We have wireless access and even have set up a computer station where you can surf the web or conduct business back home (although we highly discourage its use since you are on vacation). All you need to bring along is your laptop!"!!!
We have been coming down to Puerto Vallarta for more than 20 years and recently decided to become part-time residents. So feel free to contact us for restaurant recommendations, activities not to be missed or advice on how to just kick back and relax. The wonderful town of Puerto Vallarta and its incredible restaurants, vibrant art scene, bountiful shopping and distinct Mexican culture is just a 20 minute cab (or bus) ride away--and not to be missed!. We have stayed a number of times in the Paradise Village area and thought this was the best condo we have been in. We have a boat and have friends in the area with boats so the location right at the marina was great. Many excellent places we like to eat are close and we really enjoyed using the gym at the El Tigre sports complex.

After staying at different Places near Paradise Village, this is the absolut Top Accomodation. There was nothing we could say, was not there. (Fully equipped Kitchen etc., Sooooo... quiet and still all the amenities to have fun, Interior Decoration with so much Taste ). We will be back for sure.

We stayed in Pat and Debbie's Villa the end of February. The location of their VIlla is perfect as you are at the end and you don't have the foot traffic by your patio. When we ate in we always ate outside on the patio. Even in the morning we had our breakfast outside. We made our big shopping trip up to Wal-Mart and had lots of storage room for our groceires in the kitchen. Pat even stopped by to see us which was so nice to visit with him. The photos of the Villa accurately represent the Villa. It was also so much fun to walk up and down and talk to the Yacht owners as they were working on their boats. The pool area was always so nice and clean and plenty of lounges to sit by the pool. The BBQ area is a wonderful place for having multiple families get together. We highly recommend Pat and Debbie's Villa and the wonderful area of the Grand Marina.

I stayed in this condo from 11-15 January 09. It was just wonderful and I would highly recommend it! Every morning I woke up to sunrise and a close up view of the beautiful boats in the marina. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It has full internet access. It was just a short walk to the store or the beach. The beach club membership allows you to use a wide variety of swimming pools and access a fabulous beach. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is just a short taxi or bus ride away. The staff at Paradise Village is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this condo!!!

This is a 5star villa with great views overlooking the Grand Marina. The Bryan's are wonderful to work with, and within minutes of arriving you feel at home. The Grand Marina Pool is quiet, secluded, and very clean. If you want alittle more activity the beach and all it's fun are just minutes away. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a 5star vacation.

This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. The villa is beautiful, appointed nicely and is in the midst of everything one could ask for. By all means take advantage of the social membership the Bryan's offer, as it affords one all of the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation (2 world class spas, 2 exercise facilities, tennis and golf). The staff at Grand Marina Villas is very cordial and go out of their way to make one feel at home. We've been going to Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta for the past twenty or so years and this villa rates at the top of our experiences. (P.S. The baguette sandwiches at the sandwich shop on the outside of the mall are wonderful)

The Bryan's have a wonderful condo. Perfect location on the water, lovely view of the marina, terrific pool area, easy walking distance to the ocean, grocery store, and local restaurants. Puerto Vallarta is a mere 20 minutes away by bus or cab. The condo's interior is first class with the artwork amd furnishings. We have been coming to Nuevo for twelve years and the Bryan's condo is our favorite rental. You can't rent a nicer place! We will be back next year....don't book our spot!

My husband and I stayed in this villa for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful! We could have a lovely breakfast on the patio in the mornings, and then spend the days on the beach at the Paradise Village resort or in the many, many activities that are available in and around Puerto Vallerta. This villa was very beautiful and comfortable - as well as being conviently located. We had a wonderful time and both of us highly recommend this as a place to stay for a vacation - we are hoping that we can visit again sometime soon! This is one beautiful villa. Right on the riverside and less than 100 feet from the big mal where you have restaurants, lots of shopping and banking. This villa is vertically oriented which might be a chanllenge for some. For me (71 yrs) I found it nice in that the bedrooms were seperated between floors. Very nice clothes washer and drier. It has a computer with a full-time broadband connection or use your own as I did. Pat was very accomodating and we plan to stay again.
