Be our guest in our two-bedroom plus den, two bathroom condominium that is on the second floor, end-unit with a desirable Eastern facing lanai. It is a very "private unit" with the cart path being on the other side of the lake. It has a feeling of spaciousness with its vaulted ceilings and a 12-foot expanse of glass opening onto a furnished lanai that offers a panoramic view of the sixth hole at Spring Run. It has been meticulously maintained and has all the amenities to make your stay feel like you are "right at home".
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, an adjoining master bath with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a full bath. There is a futon in the den that opens to a full size bed. The eat-in kitchen features Corian counter tops, upgraded kitchen cabinetry and is fully stocked with everything you will need in your home-away-from-home. The living room has a twin size sofa bed for additional guests. The dining room area includes a lovely wooden table seating six to eight people and perfect for entertaining.
Three TVs, DVD/CD player home theatre system and other amenities await you. The unit includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and all cleaning utensils. All floors except the bedrooms are furnished with large ceramic tile - bedrooms are carpeted.
Spring Run is a gated, golf community. Renters have full access to the clubhouse, restaurant/lounge, and workout facilities. Play tennis on the Har-Tru courts. Renters in the off season (May through October) have access to numerous private golf courses and play for "cart fees" only at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!
Just a short two minute walk will take you to your beautiful association pool, hot tub, restroom, changing facilities, and grill/barbecue area. The clubhouse also has an additional pool for your use.
You will be living just a "stones throw" away from the brand new Coconut Point Shopping complex. There are a variety of great
stores and restaurants - all surrounding several acres of lakes with a boardwalk. Coconut Point is the place for people to gather, shop, dine, see a new movie - you name it - Coconut Point has it! You also will be a short 10 minute drive to Miromar Outlets. Publix food market, Blockbuster Video, take-out restaurants and many more conveniences are within a two-mile radius.
A 15 minute drive from the condominium puts you either on pristine white-sand beaches or on Third and/or Fifth Avenues in downtown Naples for fine dining and shopping.
