Nearly New Oceanfront house new to the rental market. Nicely furnished with three king size beds, one Queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds, one bunk has trundle underneath sleeping 13 total with comfort. Each Bedroom has it's own TV with DVD player and VCR. Master bath has jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower.
House has elevator to main floor for elderly tenants and helps when unloading the cars. Covered parking and separate storage for beach toys underneath the house. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
Ocean front Pool is located in front of unit for your convenience. Hot tub overlooking ocean on main deck. These units are some of the most desired rentals on Topsail. All the luxuries you need for your dream vacation.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and large dining room table for family gatherings. Every floor has oceanfront decks and unbelievable views. This is a must see, must rent.
