This spacious duplex has beautiful views and is walking distance to Main Street in Frisco. Many bike and hiking trails are also nearby. The main floor is a large open space which is great for entertaining and includes the kitchen, dining room, and family room. A large deck extends off the back of the duplex with views of Peak One. Frisco is centrally located between seven ski areas: Loveland, Arapahoe basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

The duplex has a one car garage and plenty of off street parking. The duplex also includes a full kitchen, two queen beds, two twin beds, a pull out sofa, and a gas stove. Also included are a private Cal-Spa hot tub, a 36" Sony XBR TV, an XBox, and a SS Weber gas grill. In addition, the master bathroom has been recently remodeled which adds significantly to the comfort of the place.

  • Just returned from our second ski season visit to this great place. It's clean, convenient, and roomy for ski gear and people sharing the cooking duties in the kitchen. Hot tub is very nice after a day of skiing. We highly recommend a stay here. And the skiing in Summit County was awesome. Thanks Don.

  • We stayed here during ski season in March 2007. This is a great place to come back to after a long day of skiing w/ all the comforts of your own home! Don was great on following up on e-mails and directions. The house is close to town and Frisco is so convenient to all the great skiing. We were there for 3 days and skied Keystone and Aspen. Looks like since our visit he has even added some new toys...hot tub and new TV! Hope to visit again in '08!

  • I stayed in this place and loved it, the one work I would use to desribe this place is safety, I have never been so safe in my entire life. The location in Frisco is awesome, it is stumbilng distance to all the bars, I highly recommend this place, very clean also, I have stayed at many condos in Summit County and this was by far the nicest.
