You will enjoy staying in this comfortable, nicely decorated, clean Sundown townhome. The first floor has an inviting open living and dining area for you to relax, watch TV, play games, listen to music, build a cozy fire or entertain for dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, gadgets, staple goods and spices to suit any chef. The entryway has a large enclosed mudroom for ski storage and other outdoor gear. There is a Queen bedroom with attached bathroom and a shower.

The second floor has a queen bedroom with attached shared full bath/shower. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bunkbed. The beds are all comfortable! There is plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack your things and feel right at home.

This townhome complex is nestled in the woods and conveniently located at the base of the Sugarbush Access Rd and scenic Rte 100. This central location provides easy access to both Warren and Waitsfield town centers and a quick three mile ride up the hill to Sugarbush ski area. The Mad Bus also passes by the complex every half-hour. There is an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and you can snow shoe or even cross country ski right from the front door. There is so much to do and see in the beautiful Mad River Valley all year round.
