Second Floor End Unit with Really Nice Wooded Views and Views of Winter Park Resort. This Condominium is open and airy with views from every window, and is very spacious, approx. 1,000 sq. ft. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed with full bath and large double sink vanity, the Second Bedroom has two twin beds with its own full bath, and the LR has a very comfortable plush leather pullout sofa, and a plush brown leather, double reclining loveseat overlooking the gas fireplace and a view out the sliding glass door.
There are TVs in both bedrooms and in the Living Room, and there is a DVD in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, and a VCR in the second bedroom. Living Room is open and airy and there are views from the window and sliding glass door out onto a deck.
The deck has a gas grill and chairs to sit on to relax and enjoy the wooded views, while waiting for your steak that you're cooking to perfection. The front patio can also be used to relax and enjoy the view of the wildlife and the woods. We offer all the conveniences of home. There is a Safeway Grocery Store approx. 15 mins. down Hwy. 40 in Fraser, and there is also a great Pizza Place right across the street from Safeway called D'Antonio's. The Snow Tubing Hill is right behind D'Antonio's Pizza. There is ice skating in Winter Park.
The Condominium is located in the woods, yet walking distance to town with shops and restaurants! A Free Shuttle Bus is available right outside the Condominium door, and runs every 15-20 minutes. It is only a two minute drive to Winter Park Resort approx. 1 1/2 miles. The Free Shuttle Bus is available to take you to the local restaurants and shops in the Towns of Winter Park and Fraser and usually runs until 10:00 p.m.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Please No Pets and No Smoking. A $95 Cleaning Fee will be added to all rentals. A two night minimum stay is required on Weekends and a three to four night stay is required during the Holidays. A $250.00 fully refundable security deposit is required when reserving your dates and is payable by check or credit card. We accept Visa and M/C, and the total rental is due upon reserving your dates. All Rates are subject to change unless confirmed. Local taxes and surchages will be added at time of reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival and a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. No Refunds will be given if you cancel after 30 days prior to your arrival.

I’ve rented through VRBO many times and have to say this was my worst experience ever. After a 12 hour drive from Tulsa we arrive at the unit to find two past due electric bill notices on the door and guess what - no power in the unit! Owner tried to pass off some, let’s say some misinformation on me telling me that building power was out due to a recent storm. He also promised to call me the next day which he did not. Luckily the management company at the club house was very helpful in setting us up in another unit that they do manage. I asked about the power to that building while at the office and they said there had been no reports of any outage. Checked the building in the evening and other units had light. Might be a good place if you want to go camping, otherwise, avoid at all costs.

A perfect condo for a family of four! My two boys loved the pool/hot tub amenities as well as the $2 DVD rentals. The condo grounds allow for lots of space for the kids to play in the snow. Shuttle routes came often and right at the building parking lot. Estelle is a very responsive and helpful host! We will rent this unit again and again...
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Estelle, we loved the condo and end unit location. It was very comfortable, quiet at night time and roomy for our family. The big leather recliner next to the fire place was so comfortable. We will definitely want to rent again. Skiing was a blast in Winter Park. The kids liked the pool/clubhouse and my husband said it was really clean and well maintained. We were sad to have to check out and head back to Denver. We ate a great dinner at a place called "Randi's" Thanks again and hopefully we can rent again from you soon. Suzanne
