This Golden Peak/Vail Village condo has been totally remodeled and updated (mountain contemporary) in 2008. It is steps from the Golden Peak ski lift and the heart of Vail Village. Unit is on uppermost floor (of 3 story building) with all vaulted ceilings. Living room looks out onto the slopes. The sound of Gore Creek can be heard and seen from the bedrooms. The loft has a queen bed, large skylight and flat screen T.V. Bedroom also has a large Flat Screen with DVD player.
There is one dedicated parking space just outside the front door, but you won't need your car because you can walk everywhere! Wireless internet access, 60" T.V. and a decent DVD collection will keep you entertained when you are not out enjoying the mountains. Bring your I Pod, laptop or MP3 Player and plug in to listen to your own music. The location can't be beat - people have loved it and so will you!

Why the Owner Chose Other Vail Village Properties
We think this is the best location in Vail. It is quiet, convenient and walking distance to everything! We drive up from Boulder, CO park our car outside the front door and don't get back in the car until we are ready to leave. We would not have it any other way.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo backs to Gore Creek, so in the summer we open the windows and hear the rush of water. In the winter the river and the huge trees along the banks act as a buffer to buildings on the other side. We love the space. Its cozy and romantic. The high ceilings make it extra spacious.
