Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in Racquet Club Commons Condominium Complex. We have a fantastic location, being only one short, walkable block to the ski lifts!! It will sleep 10 in beds. If you are a golfer, the Angel Fire Golf course is only a short 1.5 mile drive down the road!
Our Condo makes an incredible "get away" from the hassles of everyday life. In the past year we have done a considerable amount of updating. There is beautiful tile now in living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There is also a brand new refrigerator, plus updated window coverings, new lights, and more! We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle, crock pots, cookware, dishes, etc. We stock towels and fresh linens for each use, as well as common amenities you would normally find in your home, such as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer and dryer, fireplace stocked with free firewood, and a lockable closet on the deck for outdoor equipment storage. Our covered deck, with table, chairs, and a bench, allows for outdoor relaxing, or maybe a meal or two!!
There are two downstairs bedrooms, both having Queen Beds. A full bathroom downstaiars is also conveniently located for access by all. There is a loft bedroom up, which makes a great place for a separate family, or maybe all the kids can have a hide out! The loft bedroom has it's own full bath, plus two queen beds, two twin beds, and a child's day bed. There is also a TV with a DVD/VCR. There is a cowboy theme to the room, making it a "fun" area for all.
Available electronics include a 27" Cable TV, DVD and VCR, in the living room, and all three bedrooms are also equipped with cable TV's, and DVD/VCR's. There is a telephone for complimentary local use.
Our condo complex has recently added FREE WIFI, so be sure and bring along that lap top.
We welcome larger groups. We have a Chalet Style House, only 3.5 miles away, so add the Chalet to the Condo, and we can sleep 20 to 24! (Please see our other listing, also on VRBO #107491, plus our Personal Web Site)

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the owners of this condo. We had a great time and this was the perfect place for our families to enjoy each other's company. The loft area was the perfect spot for the kids...up and out of the way. They thought it was cool having "their own space". The evenings were great with the crackling fire. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay complete-- with the exception of a blender ;). Angel Fire is such a friendly place and we intend on returning in the years to come.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time in Angel Fire and the condo had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the loft. The location was perfect. It is walking distance to just about everything you need. We plan on returning to Angel Fire and will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
