River Run is located in the very heart of Keystone’s $700 million base area. Park in the heated garage near the elevator to your Condominium and walk 2 minutes to the gondola. Dozens of shops, restaurants, and nightspots are only steps away. Lobby recreation areas with pool table, lounge, etc. Outdoor hot tubs and heated pool. This is considered Keystone's premiere location.
Our Condominium is located in Black Bear Lodge on the second floor and overlooks the slopes. Take the elevator to the first floor and you are next to Inxpot (a great breakfast cafe and reading spot), Starbucks, and dozens of shops and restaurants of Keystone Village. The River Run gondola is 200 yards away. Blackbear is in the closest River Run condo buildings to the gondola, high speed quad, ski school, tickets, and rentals. Ski home for lunch!
River Run not only sponsors great summer events (Wine and Jazz Festival just to name one), Keystone also has two championship golf courses. In addition, the gondola runs all summer so you can rent a mountain bike, take it to the top of the mountain (via the gondola) and enjoy an easy ride down the mountain on groomed roads or, if you are feeling adventurous, a thrill ride down via the bike trails. Road biking is endless in Summit County. Bring a bike (or rent one in Breckenridge) and ride Vail Pass on the gorgeous bike paths.

I just want to thank you for taking the time to look at our property as a possible rental. My friends and I took possession of this property on November 18th 2006. We purchased this property as a little getaway from the city life and to enjoy the great outdoors Colorado has to offer.
