Tastefully renovated unit with granite counters, new appliances/electronics and fixtures, this is an attractive and roomy two-bedroom Park City Condo just steps from the free shuttle bus and conveniently located halfway between Park City Resort and The Canyons Resort (just behind The Peaks Resort). Updates include slate floors, granite counter tops, new kitchen and laundry appliances and flat panel televisions in the living area and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, the bunk room has a twin/full combination bunk bed (perfect for kids or suitable for adult use on bottom bunk) and the living area has a new sleeper sofa. A 32 inch LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo with mp3/iPod connection make the living area a great place for relaxation and family entertainment.
The kitchen is fully stocked with standard conveniences for cooking a family dinner or a hearty breakfast and the property is just minutes from grocery, liquor, movie and other great and easily accessible shopping resources.
Linens are included. Housekeeping during your stay is available for additional charge.
Minimum three and four night rental depending on time period of stay, NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Security deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation, (refundable if cancelled outside of 30 days). Utah Tax and $150.00 cleaning fee required. Full rental payment required 30 days prior to arrival.

Great Value, Great Location

Had a great time. Condo has everything you'd need to make you feel comfy for a vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are extra pillows and blankets as well. Its actually much more spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is great, just off the main road, and a short drive to everything. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away, Starbucks, Blockbuster, Squatters Pub/Restaraunt all real closeby. It truly is centrally located to all three resorts (Park City, The Canyons, and Deer Valley). There is a nice patio off the living room, as well as a patio off the master bedroom. The updated kitchen is nice as well as the updated bathrooms. All in all, very clean condo, great location, would definitely rent it again next time we're in town.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a perfect fit! The condo is very well kept and felt welcoming and warm. The owners are great to work with as well, which I think is an added bonus!We would stay here again without hesitation.

What a really wonderful place. We felt so cozy and at home. Excess of amenities, fresh, thorough and lavish renovation with no hint of cost cutting that you might expect with rental properties. The location is fantastic and easy to access. The proximity to Old Town, PCMR, access to Deer Valley and the transportation loop is perfect. We took an awe inspiring four hour drive to Moab and Arches, can't wait to return. You won't be disappointed.

We rented this condo for part of the Sundance Film Festival. It was nice to be close to the shuttle and we were warm and comfortable in the condo. We were so excited about Sundance but wish that we had more time to enjoy the amenities of the condo--perfect for some cozy rest and relaxation! Would recommend this condo for sure---very conveniently located for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing....easy drive to Main St. or just hop on the bus. Close to grocery shopping. Great overall experience!

We had a great time in Park City skiing and enjoying the area.Your place did meet our expectations; it was comfortable, with great amenities, well maintained and centrally located to everything. The garage was very tight was the only minor complaint. Yes, I would highly recommend your place to friends and family. In the future, I plan on renting it again.

This was the best ski vacation I have ever had. The condo is so comfortable and really nicely decorated. It really felt like home very quickly. Our kids want to come back soon, and so do I!!!

This place was a great surprise! Really nicely appointed, very comfortable and a great value. The location is great as well. We had a car, but certainly did not need one.
