Our newly renovated, 1898 creek side Colorado Cabin offers a furnished one bedroom, three-quarter bath with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Relax and enjoy listening to the creek rush by the hours in our comfy double hammock. The cabin is only a half block from downtown Historic Manitou Springs' fabulous dining, galleries and shops.
The living room, dining room combination is a large room that has a double fold-out sofa and daybed with a trundle for extra sleeping area. There is a large television, cable, books for reading and a stereo to pass the time. The bathroom in the bedroom has a pedestal sink and is complete with a large shower.
The cabin is fully furnished with microwave, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, stereo, TV/VCR and basic cable, BBQ grill, phone, dishes and linens. We supply the basics to get you started on your Pikes Peak vacation.
Sleeps two to six guests and is family-friendly. For your information, please note... Maximum occupancy for the cabin is six. No Pets, please. Housekeeping and Breakfast are not included. Housekeeping may be arranged for an additional fee. Amenities provided are cleaning supplies, linens and towels, soaps, toiletries and basic kitchen staples and spices.
Deposit & Policy Information for the Cottage:
A lodging deposit of 50% is required at time of booking in order to hold the reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. A $25 fee will be charged on all cancellations. A refund will be given only if the cabin is rebooked with less than a 30 day cancellation notice.
