Stone Mountain Retreat is a restored vintage log home secluded on 8 private acres of forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. The home offers comfort in a rustic, private retreat setting for your mountain vacation.

We are just minutes away from the Dupont State Forest, a slickrock mountain biking paradise, as well as home to three magnificent waterfalls. Also near is Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway. You are a 15 minutes from shopping, museums and theaters. Enjoy the pleasures of Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg House, and Hendersonville (an antique lover's paradise).

Enjoy birdsong from the screened porch, toast marshmallows by the campfire, walk the trails that wind through the property and nearby Holmes and Dupont and Pisgah forests, swim by gorgeous waterfalls, get a massage on-site - so many ways to unwind and renew and explore the wonders of our Blue Ridge mountains!
