These eighth floor and sixth floor condo's with a balcony overlooking the beautiful blue Atlantic is the perfect place for a family gathering, golf group or Snow Bird(s) to enjoy and soak up some sun or some of our southern hospitality. These upgraded condos are owned by a retired government employee who lives just eight blocks away. It's a nice place !! The resort is located on seven acres with many pools, indoor and out, golf shop, beauty solon, convenience store and several restaurants and one great Pizza place.Unit has wireless Internet access and a new 37" HDTV.
Washer /Dryers are located on every other floor
Added last year is a new regular size dishwasher and an apt size refrigerator. Come join us for your vacation.. You'll be glad you did
