This two-unit Telegraph Hill building is located on the quiet southern slope, overlooking the financial district skyline with partial bay bridge views. These flats are in a great location. Easy walk to North Beach, the Embarcadero, the financial district, the list goes on and on. GREAT LOCATION, wonderful VIEWS.

Five-night minimum rental. Rental rate includes high-speed internet, basic cable TV, and all utilities. The flats are nicely furnished and completely equipped with luxury linens and high-end finishes. They have everything you could need for a comfortable vacation or business getaway.

This two-unit building has been completely gutted and almost everything is new.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom a sofa/study with Queen bed or twins. There is an open living room/dining room with a fireplace and beautiful views.

UNIT TWO - ground floor (but one story up from street)
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom a sofa/study with trundle (two twins). There is an open living room/dining room with a huge outdoor deck overlooking the financial district and the Bay Bridge. Additionally, there is a small quiet garden in back, off of the two bedrooms. Real tranquility in the heart of the city.

There is one car parking for each unit --Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

We loved your place and will definitely stay there again. We took a few walks on those beautiful nights -- one up to Coit Tower (which we had to ourselves, as everyone else in town was listening to the Giants game), and one up to Russian Hill (those Jones Street steps will tone up your legs!). Caught a few good dinners on Grant Street and many visits to Caffe Trieste. Your place is a great location for checking out the city.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at the "Flats on Green Street." Everything worked out well. We enjoyed the apartment. It was bright and airy, nicely furnished, and we especially liked the view toward the Bay Bridge.
