"Over the Rainbow House" is located on oceanfront property of seven very secluded acres on the west end of Molokai near Kapakahehu Bay(Dixie Beach). The view from the wraparound deck looks across the Kaiwi Channel to Oahu and spectacular sunsets. The ocean edge of the property is laced with tidepools and wave washed rocky shore.
There are three bedrooms (two queens and two singles) and two full bathrooms. Every room has an ocean view. The property is surrounded by grassy ranchland so the only sounds you hear are nature's. This house is a perfect place to completely unwind and reconnect with yourself and your companions.
Located one minute from a small very secluded snorkeling beach immediately north of the property. Two minutes from Dixie Beach which has a secluded sandy shoreline located on Kapakahehu Bay. It is swimmable year round and perfect for snorkeling, kayaking and fishing as well as tanning and picnicking.
Three minutes from Papohaku Beach which at three miles is Hawaii's longest white sand beach. Four minutes from the 18 hole Kalua Koi Golf Course where you can play a round for $80. Ten minutes from the historic town of Maunoloa which has a market, kite factory, movie theater, restaurant and Molokai Ranch where you can arrange outdoor activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, hiking tours of the falls and scuba diving. Thirty minutes from Molokai's largest town, Kaunakakai where you can shop. The Ironwood Hills Golf Course is available for your pleasure at around $30 for 18 holes! Keep in mind that there are NO stop lights on this island and no building is taller than a coconut tree.

$300/night, 10% discount for 7 nights stay, plus cleaning fee of $250
* Add Hawaii State Tax of 12.25%, 3 night minimum.
* Refundable Security deposit of $500 required.
* Security deposit minus any damages will be returned 15 days after departure.
* 50% of all fees and security deposit due at time of booking.
* Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival date. Check in 3pm-Check out 11am.
* 50% refund for cancellation 30 days prior to reserved time; no refund after.
* 10% refund for cancelation 60 days prior to reserved time.
