This beautiful home with breathtaking views of Mt. Timpanogos and the surrounding Wasatch Range is located just a short 15 minutes from the Deer Valley Jordanelle chairlift which whisks you to the resort within minutes. Experience world class skiing during the day, yet escape the hustle and bustle of Park City...returning instead to the serenity of the Heber Valley at night. From the rear deck of the home, Soldier Hollow, venue of the 2002 Olympic Winter Nordic skiing competition can be seen nestled in the distant hills.
During the ski season,why take a chance on remote cabin lodging where roads may not be adequately maintained during the snow season. Our facility is a stones throw from US40 and all streets are snow plowed and maintained by the city.
Summer is an absolutely beautiful in the Heber Valley. Recreation activities abound everywhere...whether it be mountain biking, hiking, camping or blue-ribbon trout fishing in the Provo River. The home backs up to a fresh water canal that provides summer tubing opportunities. Enter the canal just 10 minutes away and float back to the house 45 minutes later. Exit into the back yard and do it all over again.
Shopping is abundant in Heber, Midway, Park City, Salt Lake and Provo. Everything from scrap booking to antiques and consignment stores with the "used" furniture of the rich and famous. Visit Robert Redford's Sundance Resort and enjoy lunch and a little shopping in a serene setting at the base of Mt. Timpanogos or visit the Film Festival and hob-nob with the stars. Ride historic Heber Valley Railroad through the farmlands, then descend magestic Provo Canyon while enjoying a delightful dinner with entertainment.
Three world class resorts and spas are within a stones throw...all nestled in the quaint Swiss style village of Midway. For those that feel the "big city" calling, wiz down to Salt Lake and take in a Utah Jazz basketball game or perhaps...the Salt Lake Symphony and Opera.

Precise and efficient transportation is made possible by the area's proximity to I-15 and I-80. Salt Lake International Airport is only 30 minutes from Park City and 45 minutes from Heber by car or bus. Shuttle service is available from the airport to most destinations in the Summit and Wasatch County resort areas.

Weekly rates includes 6 nts. Cleaning service is $150.00.
Weekends are from Friday 4PM to Sunday 4PM.
$350.00 security deposit required. Cleaning fee deducted from security deposit.
20% deposit required to hold dates. PayPal accepted.
Balance is due in FULL 30 nts prior to arrival/occupancy.
No refunds within 30 nts of arrival or occupancy.
