This spectacular 3000 square foot luxury private home is set on the coast just across a private road (150 feet) from the Pacific Ocean in a very private gated community. Be our guest at our beautiful home and enjoy a wonderful vacation retreat that is just a one minute walk to the beach located within the community. Although the house is a short walk or drive to the village of Kona, the quiet neighborhood and oceanfront setting ensure that you can be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the waves breaking and the ocean breeze in the palms.
An open designed beamed ceiling creates a tropical setting amongst the plentiful landscaping that captures the spirit of the islands. The home is designed for comfortable, relaxed Hawaiian living and features huge lanais (porches) and a heated plunge pool for those romantic evenings. The home is beautifully furnished with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room entertainment area. The master suite has a king size bed and opens onto a second floor lanai with ocean views; it also features a private bath. One of the guest bedrooms also opens to a second floor lanai. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and views of our tropical landscaping. The den opens to the first floor lanai, has a private bath and has a futon couch that can sleep two.
