This oceanfront condominium is situated at the beachfront resort Las Mañanitas, and is luxurious and spacious. It features carefully chosen furnishings and is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy satellite TV with hundreds of digital stations, DVD player, VCR, wireless Internet. The unit is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a UV water purification system, and includes all other amenities you would expect in a condominium of this quality.
Our fourth floor, 2,276 square foot condominium features three large bedrooms and three bathrooms including two master suites with private bathrooms. The sleeping accommodations include one King bed in each of the master suites and two full beds in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. No smoking or pets, please.
There is a spacious ocean view patio with a beautiful eating area, reclining area, spectacular oceanfront views, swimming pools, jacuzzi and barbeques. The resort also has a fully equipped fitness center, putting green, and lighted tennis courts.
Amenities: Interior - High ceilings, Double entry for lockout privacy, zoned air conditioning throughout. TV in bedroom and living room, Satellite TV with VCR/DVD player. Internet connection available. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Private hot water heater, private Laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen features: Fully-equipped with Electric stove/oven combinations, Microwave oven, Refrigerator with icemaker, freezer, Dishwasher, disposal. Luxury furnishings are what you would expect from a five-star condominium. No smoking or pets, please.

Hi, Teri and I live in the foothill community of Altadena, California (just North of Pasadena) with our two young children. We absolutely love Los Cabos and our vacation home in the Las Mananitas complex, and are sure you will love it too! Robert
Why the Owner Chose Las Mananitas
Teri and I fell in love with Los Cabos on a trip here before our children were born. In 2005 we were booked into the Hilton but they were sold out for the first 2 days of our 10 day vacation, so we rented a unit at the Las Mananitas complex via VRBO to tide us over those 2 days. Well, as soon as we walked in to the condo we canceled our stay at the Hilton and spent all 10 days at Las Mananitas. We never do spontaneous things like this, but we left a deposit on a soon-to-be built 3 bedroom / 3 bath in phase II of the development before we left! We have enjoyed it often since then and hope you will too. It is the best condo development in Los Cabos and even if you do not rent our condo, I urge you to stay at Las Mananitas when you visit "The Capes".

Hi Robert, Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home away from home. It truly felt like that for us! We were really impressed with this beautiful condo. The complex is very well maintained with two large pools and direct access to the beach down a short walkway. The condo was very large and spacious with a nice layout. If you look at the floor plan, it is very accurate! The rooms were really big which I found impossible to find when I searched hotels and other condo complexes. We had 7 people in the condo and we did not feel cramped at all. We could have even had more people! There are three rooms with two being master bedrooms. Both master bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean. I really liked that we were on the fourth floor and not lower. We had a great view and it was also very private. We left the sliders open to hear the waves crashing and for fresh air, but I think if we got a room on the first floor, we would have not had the same privacy because of the gardeners or other people just walking outside. The complex is very relaxing and quiet. It felt like we were the only ones there the whole time. We had the pools all to ourselves, which was nice. Oh another big plus is the massive patio. I consider this a big plus because more than half of our time at the condo was spent on the patio hanging out and looking at the ocean. Another thing I liked is if you look in the tv cabinets, you’ll find plenty of board games. There is also a huge awesome chess set that a few of the guys got really into for hours. Another nice thing is this condo has a laundry room, which came in handy more than we expected. I also liked renting a condo more than a hotel room because we had a full kitchen. We didn’t have to get stuck with microwave only food and snacks. Plus, there is a Mega market (like a Costco or Walmart) in a plaza that has anything you could need. It is a short walk (about 8 mins) away. So convenient! I am so glad we chose this place especially because we were in Cabo during hurricane Jimena. They day it was supposed to hit the whole town shut down in anticipation the hurricane would hit and we were stuck indoors one whole afternoon/evening. We were lucky to get “stuck” in such a comfortable, large, homey place. Family friends came over, we ate, played games, sat on the patio. All of us! There is no way we could have done this in a tiny hotel room. PS –the hurricane never hit, so everything was OK. Our stay was only 5 days but the condo was so comfortable we wanted to stay longer! If we are lucky enough to vacation in Cabo again, this is the only place I want to stay!

Little did Steven and I know when we reserved your Mexican get away that we would spend the week in such a lovely place. We went on a whale watching sail, spent a lovely day in Todos Santos. We took a wonderful walk along the estuary and got 4 life birds. We took a kayak out today and capsized twice for lots of laughs. We ended with a lovely dinner at Agahar for Valentine’s.
