The kitchen is state-of-the-art with granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances. Slate tile surface on kitchen and entry way floor and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. Carpeting covers the remaining floor areas. Radiant heating under the floors keeps the entire house a comfortable temperature during cool weather. Wall thermostats throughout allow for individual needs for temperature control in the various rooms.
Just a few steps out the front door you will find the gate leading to the community heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and grilling area. These amenities are kept clean and ready for your use.
The fourth floor master suite has a separate sitting area with gas fireplace and balcony. This could be a quiet place for reading or catching up on business. (But why are you not out skiing or boating?)
