The three bedroom, two bath home also has an eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and two car attached garage. The lovely great room has oversized glass sliding doors which open to a screened-in lanai. The lanai looks out to a private and tranquil view of a wooded preserve and golf course. Our membership includes unlimited golf on the 18-hole Championship Darwin Sharp III golf course. This is NOT BUNDLED GOLF; the membership is limited to 300 golf members. In addition, we have the social membership which entitles you to the six Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious spa and pool with hot tub.
The spectacular Clubhouse is only a two minute walk where you will find 50,000 square feet of restaurants, the fitness center, spa and computer lab. The gorgeous pool with hot tub and poolside cafe will make you feel like you are on vacation every day!
