Beautiful new 1300 square foot condominium, first floor (no lugging your stuff upstairs!) with an oversize garage - great for storing skis and bikes. Located in Fraser, just 2 miles outside the town of Winter Park. We're 1 mile from the gigantic Fraser Tubing Hill, and seconds from beautiful hiking and biking trails in the summer. Catch the FREE ski shuttle to the slopes just 100 yards down the driveway that comes every 15 minutes during ski season. And, unlike many parts of Winter Park proper, we have NO TRAIN NOISE!
Perfect for a family getaway; our mountain retreat has everything you need. The three bedrooms are set back down the hallway, so the kids can get to bed and the adults can relax! In the family room we have a 40-inch LCD flat screen HDTV, surround sound, a DVD player and digital cable. You can sit in front of the gas fireplace on the luxurious leather sofa and love seat. The sofa converts to a very comfortable queen size bed.
The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player/VCR, a private patio, large closet, dresser, and a lovely bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser and a large closet. The third bedroom can sleep up to five children quite comfortably with two sets of bunk beds and a trundle - plus there's a dresser, large closet, and a mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD. We also have two pack-n-plays available for babies or toddlers. The second bathroom is quite spacious with double sinks and a bathtub with shower - perfect for getting all the kiddos ready! All linens and towels provided.
The large kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite tile counter tops and everything you will need to make your meals at home. There is a Safeway grocery store just a mile down the road. There is seating for six to eight at the dining room table and additional four stools at the bar. Plus we have a 'Sassy Seat' attachable high chair for little ones. There's a picnic table and BBQ grill out on the back patio, for summer meals outside. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your use.
The community hot tubs are just out the back door. In addition, you are provided full use of MeadowRidge Recreation Center which is only a half mile away. There you will find a large heated outdoor pool and two very large hot tubs (one for kids, one for adults) - towels provided at the club. There is also a full workout facility, racquetball/basketball courts, sauna and locker room with showers. Four recently resurfaced tennis courts are available during the summer.
One well-behaved, quiet dog OK with each stay.

My husband and I rented this condo last winter with another couple and loved the place! It was so convenient to take the bus on the corner to get to the ski slopes! We just returned again to this lovely condo to experience the area in the summer. It was delightfully cool and beautiful up there! This time we took our daughter and our four grandchildren with us. We enjoyed hiking and exploring the lake and caught three rainbow trout when we went fishing! We also loved the nearby Recreation Center where we all got to play tennis and swim. This three bedroom condo is very tastefully furnished and the room with two bunk beds was perfect for all four children! Hard to decide if we enjoyed it more in the summer than the winter! A great get-away at a very reasonable price!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had such a wonderful ski vacation! The condo was so perfect for our family. Nice and big, very clean and we had everything we needed! The owner was super easy to deal with and the communication was great. We will definitely stay here again!! We have stayed at every hotel in the WP/Fraser area and probably rented over a dozen vacation homes over the past 14 years of skiing at WP. This condo was super clean and plenty spacious for two families (4 adults and 4 kids) to stay very comfortably... most importantly giving everyone their own space and bedroom! Great price, easy location and most of all super clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I rented this condo with a group of friends to celebrate the New Year's holiday in the mountains and we had a wonderful time. The condo was even larger than we expected, very well furnished, and quite clean. The owners were very nice- a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend this condo to any group of families or friends looking to spend a weekend in Winter Park or Fraser. The property was very clean; we felt very comfortable there for the 6 nights we stayed. The owner provided excellent communication. We plan to use this property again, assuming we take the same number of people. This property is on the first floor with a small garage. We were grateful for the garage, as we unloaded our skis and boots each evening. We were very grateful not to climb any stairs after a long day on the slopes! Our kids loved the bunk room, but the trundle mattress was very uncomfortable. No complaints on the two sets of bunkbeds - they were a hit. The hall bathroom is huge, great for getting several kids ready at once. We were impressed with the extras that normally aren't provided, such as trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We really enjoyed the games, and played every night. Most of us used the recreational center several times, including raquetball, the hottub and the pool. Those are great features. The kids had a great time using the two sleds - thank you! The only problems we had with the unit were: the front door lock was unreliable, almost broken the property did not include very many bathroom towels we couldn't get the vcr to work the property has a serious lack of drawer space, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms don't even have dressers.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Cleaning service always checks the number of towels, we have a new door lock, added TV/DVD in bunk room, and dressers in all the bedrooms.
