Enjoy this fantastic, beautifully decorated condo, located 34 feet above sea level, with a perfect view of the pristine coastline and nature preserve.
We feature a large balcony over looking the gulf and our heated swimming pool and hot tub and a 2nd swimming pool w/ Tiki-Bar and Cafe right on the beach! Dine at the on site Ocean Club which is a local favorite that features a piano bar. A short trail leads to the beach with jogging and walking trails. There are also walking and biking trails around the resort with 14 lighted world class tennis courts which feature daily clinics, lessons and pro teachers on-site with programs and assistance for children.
We also have a fitness center with racket ball courts, massage therapists, indoor pool, w/ miniature golf course, and golfing choices galore. We will provide you proper authorization so that you will be able to come and go virtually 24 hours per day with ease.
Destin is known for the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white sands with the consistency of sugar sometimes called "Sugar Beach." Extensive landscaping, with lush flowers, trees and foliage. There's the Resort's Market shops and Baytowne Village, shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors, live bands, night life and entertainment. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Baytowne Village and walk by the Wharf to see the fabulous ocean going yachts! You will have it all with this condo. Across the Street is the New Publix Grocery Store strip mall with PF Chang's, Tommy Bahama's and other new restaurants and shopping with the New Hospital.
Now we’ve barely mentioned our beach! The Emerald Coast is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach,” so called because the nearly pure white super fine silica sand which has the consistency of sugar. Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.
Our Condo boasts two private Master suites with gulf view balconies. Each suite has king beds and luxury bedding. The extra large Master suite has a jacuzzi tub that opens to the master suite for watching TV or enjoying the view. The 3rd bedroom has it's own bathroom as well with 2 double beds. The fully equipped kitchen is extremely neat and organized with many extra amenities for you to enjoy or to entertain a few friends. The living room has a fold out sofa bed for extra sleeping if needed.
