VILLA BIDERI 16 -CAMPANIA - PRAIANO - AMALFI COAST
Villa Bideri is an elegant, magnificently sited villa overlooking the entire Amalfi coast up to the Isola dei Galli and the Faraglioni di Capri. The villa, with its numerous porticoes, luxuriant garden and brilliant white colour showing off its architectural forms, is an idyllic representation of the typical coastal scenery into which guests can immerge themselves for an unforgettable holiday. Praiano is an old town situated between the beautiful localities of Positano and Amalfi. During the Middle Ages Praiano was an important part of the Antica Repubblica Amalfitana and today is full of shops and typical restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The villa’s location allows guests to organize daily car or boat trips to the various localities along the Amalfi coast. The property is built along various terraces, linked by numerous steps that lead to the end of the cliff. The perfect harmony between nature and modern comforts guarantees total privacy and relaxation.

PARK: extending for about 2½ acres it includes all the terracing of the property. The vegetation ranges from cultivated lawns and trees to the typical Mediterranean scrub in the lower part.

SWIMMING POOL: open from May 5 to September 29, the pool is situated on the main terrace with negative edge on the side facing the sea. It measures 17 x 5,9 m with an average depth of 2,60 m. Given the depth, it is advisable not to leave children on their own in the pool area. The pool is equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and tables. There is also a small bathroom with outdoor shower and a changing hut.

INTERIORS: a few steps lead down to the house from the main gate on a side road off the coast road. The typical portico which serves as the main entrance overlooks the whole coast and is the perfect place to pass many a relaxing evening, enjoying the natural beauty. The portico leads into the day area comprised of large dining room, reading room and elegantly furnished sitting room. The dining room leads to the large fully equipped kitchen. On this floor are also the laundry and a service bathroom. The stone staircase in the living room leads down to the night area with six double bedrooms all with en suite bathroom with shower and with direct access to the outside. An external staircase leads up to the attic with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The villa has been carefully furnished in keeping with the interior architecture without renouncing modern commodities. The first floor of the villa is not available to guests.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas, initial and final cleaning plus 4 hours a day from 8 am to 12 am, weekly linen change, air conditioning, heating.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 20,00 per hour), extra linen (€ 30,00 per room), swimming towel change (€ 5,00 per towel), crib (€ 50,00 per week), laundry service (€ 20,00 per wash in machine).
