Property description

The property is situated 3 miles from Aberdyfi on the hillside overlooking the estuary. Otters, buzzards and red kites are all frequently seen from the terraces, and a wide array of waterfowl, waders, and seabirds are visitors at each low tide.

Each of the five luxuriously appointed apartments has a large south-facing terrace with wide reaching views of the stunning Dyfi Estuary, an RSPB and UNESCO Biosphere site.

There is a private parking area accessed via electrically operated main gates to the properties. Each apartment has designated parking space(s).

Underfloor heating has been fitted throughout with thermostatic controls to each room. The floors in all areas are oak apart from the bathrooms which are tiled and the internal doors are also oak.

All the apartments have numerous luxury light fittings and external lighting on the terraces, televisions, and CD players. There is also a large communal courtyard area with an abundance of plants.

Apartment 2 - (sleeps 4 guests).

Bedroom 1, furnished with oak chests of drawers and a luxury super-king zip and link divan set, has views across the landscaped courtyard. It has its own fully-tiled en-suite shower room fitted with a multiple spray tower shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirrored wall cabinet. A hairdryer is also provided.

Bedroom 2 has French doors opening onto the courtyard and is furnished with zip and link beds so it can be either a twin or double room, oak bedside cabinets, and a fully fitted mirrored wardrobe.

Apartment 3 - (sleeps 4 guests).

Bedroom 1 has fabulous views over the estuary with wooden doors opening onto the terrace. It is furnished with oak chests of drawers, a luxury super-king zip and link divan set, and has its own dressing room fitted with hanging rails.

The fully tiled bathroom has a large whirlpool and air spa bath, hand basin, toilet, and mirrored cabinet.

Bedroom 2 also overlooks the estuary and has its own door onto the terrace. It is furnished with a luxurious king-size zip and link divan set, an oak chest of drawers, and has a fitted mirror-fronted sliding wardrobe. The fully tiled en-suite shower room has a shower tower that gives multiple spray options, fabulous granite sparkle tiles, oak vanity unit with basin, toilet, and a mirrored cabinet.

Apartment 4 - (sleeps 4 plus one extra on futon).

Bedroom 1 has a combi wardrobe, a luxurious king-size bed, and a TV. It also has a futon that can be made up on request. A hair-dryer is provided.

Bedroom 2 has an oak wardrobe, bedside chests, and two luxurious zip and link beds.

The fully tiled luxury shower room has a tower shower with various spray options, an oak vanity unit with basin, toilet, and sensor operated mirrored wall cabinet.

Apartment 5 - (sleeps 3 guests).

Bedroom 1 has vaulted ceilings and views of the estuary. It has 2 fitted wardrobes, drawer storage, and luxurious 3’ zip and link beds. A hairdryer is also provided.

Bedroom 2 also has views of the estuary and is furnished in oak. There is a single luxury bed and a pine wardrobe and bedside table.

The fully tiled luxury shower room is equipped with an electric Mira shower, oak vanity unit with basin, toilet and a sensor operated illuminated mirror.

Apartment 6 - (sleeps 4).

Bedroom 1 has a fitted wardrobe, luxurious zip and link beds and solid oak furniture. It also has wonderful views over the estuary with a private door onto the terrace. A hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom 2 has a fitted mirrored wardrobe, oak drawers, and luxurious zip and link beds.

The fully tiled luxury shower room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating, a Mira electric shower, oak vanity unit with basin, toilet, and a mirrored wall cabinet.
