This one bedroom unit is at the Jackson Hole Racquet Club. The Jackson Hole Racquet Club is located between the town of Jackson and the Teton Village Ski area. (6 miles from Jackson and 3 miles from the Teton Village ski area). The unit comes with free shuttle bus service to and from the Teton Village ski area during ski season. The Jackson town bus system has a stop at the Racquet Club for bus service to the town of Jackson.
The one bedroom unit is large (800 square feet) and has a bedroom, a two room bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and a living area with a fireplace, cable TV / VCR and a large bay window looking at the Teton Mountains. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed, and three (3) bunk beds. The bath has a vanity in the front room and a toilet/tub/shower in the second room. The kitchen is fully furnished and the condo comes with linens. Cleaning is provided and before and after the rental. The units are rented by the week and start on Friday, Saturday or Sunday depending on availability.
Membership in the Aspens Athletic club is included with the units. The Aspens has a large outdoor hot tub, a large indoor hot tub, sauna, racquetball and a full workout facility. During summer the Aspens also has an outdoor pool and outdoor tennis. Indoor tennis is available next door at the Teton Pines as well as cross country skiing (watch for "Harry" the moose on the cross country trails).
Grand Targhee ski area is accessible by rental car or bus from Teton Village. Yellowstone Park is accessible by snowmobile or snow coach in winter and 50 minutes by car in summer. Yellowstone also has great cross country skiing.
In the winter ice climbing, dog sledding, and heli-skiing are available. In the summer horseback riding, cowboy evening dinners with music and singing, rafting the Snake River, hiking, ski gondola to the top of the Grand Tetons, daily cowboy shoot-out in downtown Jackson, golf, tennis, bicycle riding and fossil hunting are available in the immediate area.
Add to all of this the great restaurants (do not miss the Mangy Moose, Off Broadway, The Range and many more) plus great shopping and local Western art establishments, and you have the recipe for a great and relaxing vacation. Have fun.
